STAXX Smoke and vape shop

I was in a hurry and needed to find disposables at a good price. He hooked me up with a 2 for 20 deal. I got a Hollywood by Hulk Hogan and a Mike Tyson 7000 puff. They were well worth the price and so tasty. At checkout, he hooked me up with 3 bonus Bugatti disposables for only $.01 each! They were awesome. Best deal I have ever found on quality disposables.

Had a problem with a vape cartridge that I received for my birthday and it wasn’t working properly. Every single employee in the shop made sure I got exactly what I needed it down to every specific I was 110% satisfied with the turn out and I am not easy going and I highly recommend this specific location off of 11th St. they go above and beyond and certainly care about their customers not only will I be returning, but will everybody else that I know.

After having to have some labs done downtown..I was on my way home when I reached into my purse to get My vape and realized my mouthpiece had broken in half!! 😭😭 its such an odd mouthpiece in its size and so hard to find places that carry one like it. So I was already dreading the drive around searching for one in this heat. Then literally half a mile away there was staxx!! Bright orange, so it's not hard to miss..so I whipped back around and decided to go in and see if maaaaybe they would have one. I was met with a stunning young woman named Skylar who asked if I needed help....I DID!! LOL. she was amazing. They didn't have the exact one because again ..it's just one of those things..but she found one that fit and would work and work well until I could custom order something if I wanted too. So first I was so happy for that. Then I started checking out they're juice selection. I've been vaping for 10 yrs now and of course companies come and go places don't carry certain ones in stores...and I'm a mixer..I love to mix juices..so I usually have to go to several places. But one juice in particular I hadn't been able to find at all except for 1 place waaay in south tulsa. But guess what!? They had it..she actually pulled it out of w basket and was like looky....I told her we had just become best friends!! Hahahah I did my little happy dance. When I went in I was hot and irritated and mad about my mouth piece ..but when I left, I left just totally satisfied and happy!! Thanks so much Skylar and staxx!! Customer for life now!!!

This place is awesome. They helped me get the right coils and vape juice when the place I purchased my vape had me choking after spending 125 dollars in their store. I will definitely be using staxx from now on!

Hands down the best smoke shop shopping experience I have ever had. The store is nicely lit with a great selection of product, organized by type. The staff is the absolute best. Very helpful, without the "you gotta buy it right now," kind of pressure. They take the time to ask questions and find out what you are looking for, and then help you make an informed choice that's within your budget. It's always a pleasure to go to this store because I know I'm going to get what I am looking for at a fair price. I will go out of my way to go to this store because of this. These guys are awesome.

I am so happy I stop in! Staff was so helpful and friendly. I had no idea what batter to get and he took the time to explain the different ones to me. Shop is well organized, super clean, and they have a great section of glass pieces as well. I will be back. Thanks for the help today!

I hadn't owned a vape for years and the GM (Didn't catch his name) was So very helpful and funny! He walked me through how to operate the certain vape I purchased and was very upfront and honest! Wasn't just trying to sell me the most expensive thing. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone interested in looking into buying a vape. Ill only go here for all my smoking needs!

I've been going here since it was Leo's Smoke Shop and always have a positive time, every time I've been in there. Kevin is very informative and is a staple of that store. Knowledgeable and great prices!!

Leo' s is the best place to purchase kratom & vaping supplies as well as a great head shop. I have found it difficult to find better prices on most all of their products. And the staff is friendly & knowledgeable. (Actually they're Awesome!) So go ahead & treat yourself!

I came in today to grab a small bottle of juice for the drive home from work and everyone inside was great! They took their time making sure I left with something that I absolutely loved and for sure wanted. Everyone was friendly and amazingly helpful. Definitely found my new favorite shop! I live in Collinsville but will stop by here after work from now on!!

I would give them an 11 if I could. They are the only vape shop I trust. The owner and employees are super knowledgeable on the products they have and give advice and opinions. They also remember you. Had to send husband to get some juice, he didn't know what I get but they did. Can't say enough good things about them.

Great store with very friendly and helpful staff. I wanted to upgrade my mod and was looking for some good juice as well. Both of the guys that worked there helped me find the mod and juice that fit my preferences. I ended up getting a Smok Nord kit and some Fizzy Lemonade juice. I just tried these products out and I love them! I recommend this place for sure!

Went in earlier today for my first time and the guy at the counter was awesome. Asked questions about what I was looking for to make sure I got the right thing. Made some healthy recommendations and sold me on my business. Will definitely be going back.
