On time with prescriptions ..pharmacist is very polite to customers

The pharmacist really helped me out! I didn't catch her name but she was very helpful and I really appreciated it!

I arrived to pick up a prescription that had been sent over about two hours earlier. I was informed that it would be ready in 20 minutes...no problem. I told the person in the pharmacy I would be back as I had a work related meeting in 15 minutes. When I returned two hours later, I was told they actually did not have the medication in stock. This information would have been helpful earlier in the day since it was needed that day. A phone call would have been good customer service.

The pharmacist spends more time bad mouthing the people there than he does actually doing his job. Completely rude and acerbic he's a type of person that seems like he does not want this job I switched over to the other Pharmacy. plus I keep getting a feeling that there's something racist about him I don't know why. It's helpers on the other hand are good people just trying to work but in my opinion the head pharmacist has to go

Today, on Mothera Day, the short security guard says they close at 8:45 p.m. I calmly left.

Absolute disrespect and arrogance, for God's sakes you work in a Stop & Shop, so don't act as if you own that pharmacy!! Never again I will deal with these clowns!
