DJ did an excellent job of finding the issue and resolving it quickly. We turned off our old server (very old server!) and moved to new server over the weekend. BTW, Miles Tech did a fantastic job of moving us to the new server. Basically a flawless move with everyone up and running on Monday morning. My issue was that the printer I use was installed on my local machine. DJ discovered the issue right away and installed the printer files on my local machine then tested the printer ... Success!!!! Thank you DJ.
