I asked if the fruity yogurt you had under Flavors was indeed really Frozen Yogurt because it was listed as a dairy free Yogurt flavor at your Yogurt stand. I was told yes and I placed my order. After walking to the outlet store my wife and I came for, I was able to eat my order using both hands (I use a cane and you didn't have cones for one handed eating). To my surprise, it was not Frozen Yogurt at all. It was icy, dull, and generic. I threw it in the trash where it belonged. I had to walk all the way back to inform the staff of his mistake, and again I was surprised to see a different staff member. My last conversation with him would be recorded only in his mind, my wife's and mine. I approached the woman at the window, told her of the error that was made and in return I got an argument, a debate, and an upsetting resolve. I had to read aloud the definition of each type of soft serve treat and still, even after proper recitation of definitions, I was told that the other store in the mall classifies their sorbet as a frozen yogurt. So if they are wrong, then you must be wrong in unison rather than lead by example. I took photos of the flavor menu and plan on posting for others to see that you are advertising a sorbet as frozen yogurt and intend on reviewing this confrontation with BBB. This is simply just frozen yogurt, and nobody got physical hurt. But, my wife and I argued over this "dilemma" because I simply don't understand why companies are being so dishonest to make a buck (in your case $6.95 for an almost sample size, 6oz.) out of the unsuspecting customers. It would be best had the young lady just swallowed her pride, admitted the mistake, and give a promise to label the menu more appropriately. But, I left feeling like she didn't care that I spent the money there, that I walked all the way back, and relayed constructive feedback to her. This is a failure on many accounts, specifically proper training of the staff. This bad encounter was all over pride and neglect to the consuming public. I can comment that she did not lose her composure and did give her undivided attention which made me feel like I wasn't being ignored. She did engage in the conversation and I would like that to be noted in her defense. Other than that, an overpriced falsely marketed wholesale product with massive markup was given to me. In exchange, I delivered back an important lesson in business ethics and honesty. Rather than avoid this fallout by giving me what more closely represents what I actually ordered, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth and disgust in my stomach. I gave a simple fix to the problem and she attempted to discredit me: List your Sorbet flavor under it's correct classification; Sorbet flavors. Don't tell people it is something it is not. Signed, the most direct and honest customer you wish you'd impressed.

The prices are not worth what they have . But on the positive side the customer service was good.

Really over priced for the oreo shake $17 from a kiosk. You can get 3 oreo shake from some where else.

I had such a bad experience with them is a place that need to be all happy and welcoming but they give non of this they just want your money so sad to say it on an ice cream place

$26 dollars for two yogurt cones??? Whyyy? I feel like I have been scammed! The taste was plane, not flavorful at all!!! Plus service not great, not even a smile in return !

I had a frozen yogurt milkshake/smoothie from this stand at the Premium Outlets in Orlando in Vineland and let me tell you afterwards I was sick as a dog!!! I regret ever buying anything from this kiosk and WILL NEVER EVER do that again its garbage!

The frozeberry stand alone shop in the outlet mall is expensive and the product was awful! $25 for 3 items and they were not made correctly! Do not waste your money!
