AT&T Store

I had the best service that I have ever had! I went in just 10 minutes before they closed and a wonderful girl named Faith met me at the door and took care of my "emergency". She was wonderful! I was well aware that it was almost time for her to go home and apologized, but she smiled, and I she was very, very, very gracious, and she was able to take care of me in no time at all. She could've been rude or short with me but she was wonderful. PLEASE Recognize Faith for her excellent service.

Their team is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about products, services, and troubleshooting. Brandy and Gabby are amazing to work with. We were guided through every step. All of our questions were answered as needed. We were concerned about transferring all of information and they were able to help us with with everything. That was definitely a plus. We had to stay after hours due to the long process of transferring data and they were they still helped with a smile on their face. I will always recommend this store to friends and family! After had been given the run around and nobody seemed to know what they were doing and no help not even customer care, to fix and solve an important issue, I came across this location to find help.
I was in luck! Finally! A store reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Alex, Greeted me as I first walked in, and was amazing beginning to the end. He was able to solve the problem right away and also helped my husband set up additional services while there. All staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great!

Went to the store for my upgrade. I met and talked with Brandy and Gabby. They were awesome. They took the time to fully explain the update and were great. They were professional and personal. They went above and beyond in my opinion when it comes to customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend either of them and this location for anyone looking into phone service.

Brandon at the At&T store at the plaza at countryside 2440 in Florida was so amazing. Super helpful and told me things I didn't know about how to best upgrade my phone! He was patient, listened well and informative. He wasn't pushy with me buying anything and I really appreciated his great customer service. I walked away hopeful about my next steps and know what to do.

My overall experience with Brandy was amazing!! She's knowledgeable,very helpful and funny! She set up my new phone COMPLETELY, as I am not too "tech savvy",which was awesome! She even fixed an issue with my boyfriends phone that he has been having for 10 months that his phone carrier couldn't fix!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO HER FOR ALL PHONE ISSUES!!

Hello, I have been with AT&T for the past 15 years and their service always been excellent. I have experience AT&T since the time when their motto was:the more you hear the better we sound.” That was way back when! They are the best!!!

Gabby and Alex worked very patiently with us and even stayed after closing time to help us with our data transfers. Such excellent service!

Our sales rep was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and helped us upgrade to a better plan that suits our needs. We were at the store less than an hour and walked out with two new phones and a new plan, all of which work fabulously. This is the reason we’ve stayed with AT&T for so many years. In all my years with AT&T, I have never seen a person before that has helped me out and operational my cell phone my iPad and my second cell phone I have an AT&T I asked her how come you’re not training other people to be run in the managing your own store. This is a person that I would promote tomorrow. . Her attention to detail is excellent as we say we retire from home for 25 years tip of the spear when it comes to Customer service. Ms Brandy is why I stay with AT&T.

I contacted the store and spoke with Gabby as I was looking to open a first net line. Gabby gave me some information over the phone and recommended I come in to which I did. I met with Gabby, who seamlessly transitioned me from my horrible T-mobile service and worked with me to get the best service I could afford. By far the most professional and kind employee that I have had the pleasure to work with. I am happy to be an AT&T customer. Gabby was amazing and very knowledgeable.
