First Response Phone Repair

Went to Fox Phone repair today and was fortunate that my "dead" iPhone issue was resolved easily with a combination of a few presses of the power and volume buttons. I could have easily been charged for a repair I did not need. Instead, I walked out minutes later with a working phone free of charge. Nice to know that we have an honest phone repair shop nearby for future needs. I wish this place could work on my car.

Long story short, we had a cosmetic repair that turned out to be a house of cards resulting in a faulty device.

They were able to save her data before the device died, and transfered it to an identical refurbished unit.

My wife now has a fully functional phone again. Would visit again should we have the need.

Amazing customer service. My daughter had a broken iPhone an older model with a broken screen that he could not fix. The money that we had paid to fix the screen he ended up putting towards a phone they had in the store. It's nice knowing you can leave your phone somewhere a trustworthy business and you don't feel as if you're going to get lied to or ‼ They also have a HUGE selection for phone cases & accessories. Their store is organized and clean lots of used phones tablets for GREAT prices. Will recommend them to family & friends we will definitely be back!! Thank you guys so much :)

This is a very honest review.
I went to this place last night and the owner gave me a quote and this morning i called about having the repairs done. I was told they couldn’t / wouldn’t be able to do it for the quoted price and the owner didn’t know what he was quoting on. I finally got a call from Michael and we talked about the situation. They sayes they could do the repairs for a bit more but that would be eating into their pay. We agreed on a set price and i hung up. He called me back in a few mins saying they would eat the price and fix it for the quoted price i took it in for repairs and they discovered all the repairs weren’t necessary and only the battery need replaced and not the screen itself ( my mom’s tablet i had no idea it had a screen protector on it) long story short they could of took my money for all the repairs and only did what was needed BUT THEY WERE VERY HONEST AND THAT MATTERS TO ME.

Came here to leave a 5 Star review then seen the previous one's from today & was literally appalled to see customers leave 1 Star reviews. I was in the store at the same time and saw nothing but professionalism & 2 customers who could barely speak english picking apart everything being rude to some kid who looked maybe 17 at best. These guys are amazing and are my place to buy a phone or have something fixed. They've earned a lifetime customer in me.
