T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Most T-mobile locations have below average reviews so I was hesitant about having to go in person to get a phone. Thankfully I found this location and had a very pleasant experience overall. Purchasing the phone, activating a plan and transferring my information took way less time that I had anticipated. Staff was courteous and patient answering all of my questions.

Today was the best experience I've ever had at T-Mobile. Nick the manager was amazing. He listened to what i had to say and actually cared about what concerned me about my phone. Nick resolved every issue i had, fixed every phone issue i had, and made me feel like i was really valued as a customer. Way to go Nick! Good customer service is hard to find these days, a dying art if you will but not here at this T-Mobile. Just ask for Nick if you want superior service.

We love our new T-Mobile store on Elverta.! My husband and I needed alot of help. David the store manager explained why it was more helpful for us to upgrade our cell phone plans. We asked many questions and David gave us answers with great detail to our questions. We where then ..... helped by a friendly knowledgeable representative named Sean. He guided us through the long task of be able to get the service we wanted. He was patient with all the extra odds and ends that finally made us Happy Customers. Thanks Sean your the best!

Justin was great! When I walked in, it seems that he was ready for me. Lol
I explained that I was fed up with my current cell phone carrier, and that I was ready to move on. Justin was very patient and very informative, just GREAT customer service overall! Justin made my transition very smooth and calming to say the least. It also helped that he had a sense of humor to top everything off! GREAT JOB Justin! ☺

Made the switch from Sprint to T-Mobile last week and the customer service we encountered here at this location was phenomenal! Sean was our mobile expert and he was just that! A mobile expert! I wasn't sure what phone I wanted to purchase and he was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and he was very informative. We had our 4 year old son with us the evening we came in and Sean was very friendly and accommodating. For this being our first experience at/with T-Mobile we couldn't have left any happier. Everything was painless and we got exactly what we wanted. Thank you Sean for your friendly, informative, excellent customer service! You truly don't see that very often and its most def appreciated!

Came in to see if my former phone was salvageable as it stopped holding a charge and while Sean wasn't able to fix it, he recommended a great phone for an upgrade along with some accessories. I usually dislike going out but his exemplary customer service made me feel welcome and at ease. Thank you again, Sean!

When we entered the store Regina immediately assisted us. She was very thorough and told us everything she was doing and needed to do to assist us from changing the account from my name to my husband since he is the Veteran. She was also very knowledgeable of the process of changing us to the military account. She even went out of her way to have the customer service rep notate on the new account that we have been with TMobile for 16 years. She is certainly an asset to the company.

Great service and very helpful staff. We needed a new phone and they helped us make the best decision. The phone works great.

Gilbert was great helped us through 2 new phones and it took awhile and Nestor was great also. Definitely glad we came to this store. Customer service from everyone was great. Thanks again.

Chris did wonderful job! I was nervous about switching to a new phone because i was afraid of losing my contacts and more. But chris was very helpful and transferred everything i wanted and got me out with new accessories and a better phone! I would definitely recommend him and this store to family and friends! I am so glad to have such a friendly store close by. Gilbert, Chris and Nestor were so helpful and knowledgeable. I went in for a screen protector, ended up with 2 new lines and saving money monthly. So happy you are here!

I was delighted when employee Antar quickly came to my assistance regardless of the amount of customers already in the store. I quickly observed the he made this possible noticing that he was multitasking by helping three customers at once. Even while helping us all at the same time, we never felt ignored , and he was very courteous.

Hardly go into actual stores because of long waits and feels like they always mess up my account when I do go in. But I had an emergency I need to get a new phone immediately. Came into the store was worried at first three guys were all trying to help me out but then a rep named Avi broke the ice by cracking a joke and everything else went smoothly. And he knew I was in a hurry and got me out quick. Usually it's like a 30 minute process. He did it less than 10 without any hiccups. I highly recommend this place very friendly and helpful.

We loooooved David. We had a terrible experience at another store, and he completely fixed everything that was wrong. I'm sending everyone I know to him!!!
11/16/22- David is no longer at this location and my experience was just ok. Nothing exceptional.

Okay. So the guys at T-Mobile really hooked me and my girlfriend. Outstanding guys. So we were with Verizon, we got phone drone them and they stuck us with this huge bill full of hidden fees. We when over to T-Mobile and traded in our phone and finished paying them off for us. They were really cool and they were willing to go into the corporate office of Verizon and fight for us. On top of a great deal for our phones, Nestor the manager, paid for activation of a sync up Drive they got us.
These guys were really cool and laid back. Normally when you walk into a phone store all they are trying to do is sell you some thing. That wasn't the case at T-Mobile. We walked in, and explained what happened and they weren't trying to sell us anything crazy, they were really cool and actually WANTED to help us out. Chris, Nestor, and Nadin thanks a ton.

My name is Chance Dargue, and this was my story.

I went to this TMOBILE store yesterday because I got my Gear VR and couldn't figure out how to put it together and sync it, and I was happy that we finally have a store nearby!! The staff in the store was very nice and helped me get all set up on the VR and they explained how to use it. The store is all new and shiny and it was nice I didn't have to wait or anything. Great job guys, keep up the good work!!

I came in this store for help about my unlocked phone that didnt read tmobile sim cards, so i came to this location and i came up to this worker named regina and i ask her for help and she says and i quote", i dont know and i cant help". We lost hope but this one legendery worker amrit saved and made my day better. How? Well we spent 1 hour and 30 min with regina and got no important info from her and with Amrit i spent 40-60 min and i got so much info that i needed and he made me feel like im part of tmobile family. The manager is really nice too. I would recommend this store to anyone whos trying to switch or get help. I hope something will be done with regina. She is uncaring and unprofesional. Amrit thank you for your help. Your really nice, professional, and friendly.

Wow what an experience going to this Tmobile store. David and Bilal were truly amazing. I was coming from a different carrier and trying to setup 4 lines and everywhere else was a complete hassle. Even with my 100 questions they were very patient with me and answered them all correctly. Other stores gave me the run around and told me things that were totally wrong. Would recommend this store to anyone for their Tmobile needs.
