Jack in the Box

My 95 & 94 year old Mother & Father in Law ask me to pick them up Burgers, Fries and Shakes for supper. The Bacon Double Cheeseburger, 2 Jumbo Jack's with cheese and the Fries were freshly made to order. After a 10 minute drive home were still warm and tasted great. Also ordered a Chocolate & Strawberry Shakes were awesome as always! Thank you, they very much enjoyed it!

I don't want to down play these employees here. Looks like some of them might be a little new and they are working 💪 their backside off. I ordered some Tacos 🌮 and curly frys. They order came out perfect. Looks like most of their orders come from the drive thru so they have alot of their focus on the area.
The restaurant itself looks like it needed tending too but they were really busy so I get it. Soda machine was out of order but there are alot of homeless people in the area that might have broke it.
Second time coming here. Probably come back.

This Jack N The Box was fire great customer service. The 5th time I came here. I forgot my wallet, I was staying walking distance away from them, so I quickly apologized for ordering without money and asked if they could hold my order for about 7 minutes tops, and I gave my word to them that i would be back witch probably doesn't mean much from a stranger/customer not to mention the amount of people that most likely do a order & run prank on them a year, anyways the young morning shift rather happy gentlemen Saved my meal for me and kept it warm as well. I rarely leave my wallet behind but from my experience theses places will toss your order into the garbage as soon as you leave. I want to thank those young Gentlemen for this small gesture with a great review, I forgot all of there names, but can say they were a morning shift crew all of them young men very strong positive happy energy vibes from them.
I Highly recommend this jack n the box if your looking for one near you in that area!!
1. Excellent customer service and great positive contagious, healing happy energy from all of the morning workers in the restaurant.

2. Restaurant is very clean.

3.food was excellent, and did not feel sick or weak after consuming the food.

4.the line is fairly quick
Insidea, so it rarely was a long wait for my order each time I came

5. A very rare happy work environment. I don't usually see or feel such unique work atmospheres like this place much these days!!......

Shoutout to the morning shift thanks to all of you young dudes, you may not know it morning gang, but your guys customer service is the best I had experience In almost 2 years keep that same energy going!!

The night shift in Thursday around 2 AM are the best people in this place in customer service , positivity and community care , their true real smiles with great care for the quality of the food fully appreciated, thank you Jordi and Trisha and sorry if I missed the correct spelling for the names .

My bf and I came here last night and the customer service was great, drive thru was pretty fast, and the food also looked and tasted fresh, even the fries. The young cashier girl also fixed a minor mistake with our order and did it so nicely. Considering it was midnight, my bf and I were really impressed at the food quality and friendly staff.

Ok I'ma tell you rite now the graveyard shift here is awesome I love the crew they always give me fresh food ill be coming here late nights still like I do as usual. Thank you night crew for being awesome 😎

I had the jack munchie meal for 7 dollars you get a burger large curly fry 2 tacos and a drink the burger was very good the Fry's were hot and the tacos were also good for 7 dollars it's a lot of food so if your looking for a great deal try the munchie meal...

This store strives for perfection but the night crew has it just right. Their product on the night shift makes the food hot going out the window when most other drive thrusters all laced and your lucky if edible or warm. But this Jack in the box has been trained just right on.

A reliable snack stop. Never had a problem here and have had good service.

You do need to keep and eye out on the homeless folks. There's getting to be a lot of them there almost round the clock. Always see 3 to 5 around there as they stop there between the shell and the side of the Walmart parking lot. Seems like it's a regroup and staging area for them. Never had an issue but other coworkers have been accosted on a few occasions I. The last year.

Was a little sketchy awhile back but now it's great. They where out of something but the drive through person (didn't catch her name) figured a way to make my night. They where great!!!!

Do not remember rhe name of the person that took my order but he noticed the cap that I was wearing and asked if I had any type of military ID so that I could get a discount. Although it may SEEM small, that gesture goes a looooooooong way.

Great service and super friendly staff they're fast and friendly and always make sure to throw in something extra if it's taking a little longer.

They are great here, they even gave me a treat for my dog. Very caring people work here, it's more than just a fast food restaurant. I recommend it to everyone. Oh yeah their shakes are great too. 😆

Super friendly folks! Food served hot and delicious as usual. Felt unrushed and warmly welcomed.
FYI: Beware of indigent people hanging around the back and side of the building (opposite of the drive-thru window); they can get pretty aggresive with drive-thru patrons.

I just got thehomestyle chicken combo this morning and it was hot and delicious. The fries were hot and cooked to perfection. This is the best Jack n the Box I've had in over a year!!!

This location is run really well! The employees are always super friendly and very quick. They clearly take pride in their jobs and consistently provide quality product! Thank you!
