Been a while since I have been there.
Customer service and coffee and amazing.

This was actually my second visit in two years to this particular branch and I must say that I was impressed with how consistent the staff service and quality has been on both trips. The team was welcoming and friendly and the coffee was great! I prefer espressos and I find that Peet’s espressos are superior to other coffee chains. It was a refreshing break at Peet’s on the way to a long drive and I’m glad I stopped by again.

Nice place with a new & clean feel. Staff is young but friendly. Light crowd on a weekday morning.

On a recent Whole Foods visit, we decided to give Peets in the same shopping center a visit rather than our usual Starbucks/Dunkin. Spacious inside with lots of seats, a decent menu. I had a WhiteMocha and my wife a decaf with a chocolate croissant. Service was great and e admired the artwork.

Not only is the staff fantastic here but the coffee is great as well. Big fan of their sugar free vanilla latte and both of their frittatas are delicious. The chicken chorizo sandwich is also quite good. I don't think you can go wrong with anything they offer!

This is my FAVORITE peets location in NoVa! Atmosphere inside is really nice and they have outdoor seating as well. The Americano is delicious and so is the pumpkin latte😍

Pumpkin loaf and Havana cappuccino was amazing together. The young gentleman at the front was sweet. Really enjoyed my coffee headed back there now!

I love Peet's, no matter the location. This is the second time visiting this location (near Belmont Ridge) and it was good. Never disappoints and the baristas and cashiers are super nice. Coffee is always on point and the matcha is ALWAYS amazing!

This location has the friendliest employees and they keep the shop very clean. The coffee tasted fantastic! We will definitely be visiting this location again.

I love coming in and see Louise smiling from across the counter. She always remembers my name and my order. Even at 6 am.

I consistently have fast, excellent service at Peets. I've always gotten some of the best coffee I've ever had, and the food is petty good. I wish there were more options that weren't focused on buttered croissants and sweets. But I do like that they have quiches which don't have wheat, and the sandwiches are always delicious. Food and drinks come out really quickly, and the staff are incredibly smart about the different types of beans you can buy by the pound.

This one in particular has great service and atmosphere. Peets is on another level for the quality of there coffee and ingredients and breakfast/brunch quick foods. Never go to Starbucks if there is a Peets near-by.

I'm a big fan of Peet's coffee, but some of their locations around Northern Virginia have been either a hit or miss. This location is great! All the staff are real coffee people and fully knowledgeable of the coffee they sell and the drinks they can make. Their baked good selection was limited compared to other locations, but they still had something tasty for me to try. I will return to this location when I'm in Ashburn again.

I finally had the honor to try Peet’s After several years of hearing all my friends rave about it. Hands-down the best coffee and pumpkin bread I have ever had in my life. Everything was fresh warm delicious. The pumpkin bread was so sticky warm fresh and amazing..

Last time had a little hiccups but their coffee is great and customer service is awesome. Thank you one of my favorite place to get a coffee lilly thank you again for stepping up and providing great customer service.

Love this place

Normally not a huge coffee drinker, and absolutely not a fan of Starbucks (a reason behind my usual aversion to drinking coffee). Peet's Coffee is a place where I found myself, surprised, in the best way possible. While I'm still not a huge coffee drinker, the quality here, both in terms of a friendly staff, and of course, the beverages and other food items they serve, is a step above anywhere else I have been. Peet's is hands down the best coffee shop in Loudoun County, and while I am not by any means the most frequent patron, this is a place everyone should try, even those who do not drink coffee. Much love to this place, and it's staff.
