I have been to the store a few times and it was always clean and friendly. I have talked with Bree a couple times about transferring my service in the spring when my current phone plan is up.

God these people are great, I was paying up the wazzu for verizon. I went into cricket and it was like an experience out this world. when i first walked in i was greated by this super cute blond, she greeted me at the door, i didn't have to wait at all. I'm generally concerned about people with blue in their hair, but not having to wait to be helped told me what the heck. Lets go with it, sadly she had a previous customer come in and she had to help someone else. Then this super hot redhead store manager jumped in and took over. She got me a a free phone for next to nothing a month and even threw in a free cellphone case. Furthermore, the interaction didnt end until she walked me to the door. So what else could I do...? I married her.
But as for expectations of what a phone store should offer in terms of customer care, cricket wireless of longview raises the expectations of what a retail store in this day and age should strive to be, but fall so far from the bar. It's one reason I credit to modern failure of retail store industries.

They were very helpful in getting me set up with a new plan. Was quick and painless. Free phone with plan . And got my monthly bill cut in half.

Jasper is amazing, has gone out of his way to make me feel comfortable, joke around, displayed patience. He's so confident and helpful with the needs I have, I've had many phones in my many years and feel I have never received such amazing help. I strongly feel this guy needs a raise!

I made my purchase at the 15th avenue location in Longview, Washington. Christopher was a big help and actually a pretty awesome person and I've got to speak on Aubrey too because that lady is an angel. While I was making my transaction and individual had come in off the street and sat down, Aubrey, (who I might add is beautiful), had noticed that she didn't look like she was doing well so Aubrey got her a bottle of water. How moments later this individual proceeded to have what appeared to be a seizure, and Aubrey was right there she was immediately tending to this individual who was not likely a customer. You have some wonderful people working in that store I think I would make sure that I took really good care of them. Aubrey and Christopher make that store an Ace location. I would totally recommend anybody to go do business with that location and those individuals.

The manager Stefanee was so helpful. She helped us apply for the affordable connectivity plan, got us a phone and on our way. $5 out the door with this deal. Inquire at store- to learn more.

I went in to get a new phone because my old one crashed. Sergio and Troy were very quick in getting me taken care of even with other customers in store and got me out the door in time for me to not be late getting back to work. Not the first time I've deleted with them and it definitely won't be the last. Very pleased every time I visit my local cricket store.

My wife and I went here to change our cell phone carrier and found the place interesting. There was one technician and he was busy with customers but acknowledged us and said he would be able to help in a few minutes. A second technician came in and jumped right in and helped us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and we were out of there in less than 30 minutes with new service that we picked. Great place, great service and super friendly staff.

Not only is Cricket Wireless a great cell phone carrier, but the manager Troy, at the Longview store was amazing. I was impressed by his knowledge, and how he really did cared about his customers. He turned a difficult situation into a pleasant experience. Thank you Troy, you are great manager and a wonderful person!

Troy is the best store manger i have ever worked with DO NOT ask any body els BUT Troy. He will make shure that you will be happy when you leve the store. I love coming in to his store

Mick was awesome! The only problem I had was the inflatable was really loud and I couldnt hear anything, I really wish the door was closed so I could hear Mick. But anyways Mich was cool. But the thing was REALLY loud.
