Metro by T-Mobile

I literally only go to one Metro store in Edgewood (next to Foodlion) because it seem like all the other ones are no help. I went in for a shattered phone and when I tell you Danielle absolutely spent 2 hours with me and on the phone with customer service, she went above and beyond to make sure I left that store satisfied and with what I needed. I appreciate her and her help never met a customer service representative like her!!!! I wish I could give more stars 🌟

Kenny was very helpful when I came to the store to fix an issue with my son’s phone. He was polite and friendly and patient, answering all my questions and offering me alternative ways to troubleshoot problems. We even found we have the same last name during our conversations which was cool!

I went in not really looking for anything, but the young gentleman, Mal, asked me about my phone and noticed that it was scratched up. Talking about the importance of a working phone he convinced me to buy a screen protector. Normally I do not buy any accessory for that price unless it was for a case, but he assured me that the quality of my phone will last longer with the use of a better protector. In the end it was better to kick out a few extra bucks to save the face of my iPhone!

The staff is great they are very helpful. And I love my phone they helped me pick out it was just what I need thank you guys.

Unlimited everythang

I have been calling and not ☝🏾 person answer the phone... But other then that, when i do go into the store it sometimes can be helpful or so when they feel like it!!! And they don’t be opening up the store like they suppose to!!! But other then that i handle everything online

Slow

Same prices can be had online or in large department stores, they'll never mention the T-Mobile towers that are provisioned for Metro PCS in the surrounding area are very poor service quality... otherwise the staff is helpful, clean, & friendly.
