Imperial Trading Cards

I'm not too big into trading cards per se, but I really liked the design and atmosphere of the store. Felt like a good place to come in, play some games, and hang out. Anyway, I'll have to stop by next time I'm in the area!

Did a delivery here. The store was very clean and had a nice vibe. The owner or employee I delivered too was very nice and friendly. My boyfriend enjoys card collecting and I will bring him here in the future. If I was interested in card collecting and board games, this would be my go to place. I liked the table set up for active playing as well. Free street parking was a plus. Easy to find place too.

The first visit was nice. Staff was friendly and welcoming, amazing card selection, especially for Pokémon, and decent prices. I will say it was overwhelming for my partner, with the entrance to the store being a bit tight and the number of people in the space. For those with sensory overload, I will say to just keep in mind that the space by the cards and merchandise can feel small

Stopped here a few weeks ago but forgot to give a review. Amazing little store and honestly first few times going was surprised with the amount of people i saw there just hanging out or opening packs together. Staff is super nice and friendly! especially enrique! Small but honestly for a local store this feels just right as some stores can feel overwhelming or their staff doesn't even greet you coming in and avoids you like the plague unless your checking out(looking at you pink bunny). Might have to finally stop in for a game night!

Nice, friendly, little store that offers card tournaments, friendly conversations, and atmosphere. The owners were easy to work with and sold a chunk of our collection for a decent price. We will be back.

Milwaukee's best TCG Store. They have a great selection of cards/packs, offer leagues weekly and all kinds of other special events/release events. The staff is so friendly there is no where else I shop anymore. Thanks guys for always being amazing!

Pretty nice store but they started using brooms to get me out of the ceiling after-hours, which isn't very nice. They haven't found my new spot yet though 👌

In past imperial was growing in early days now with exp people and new ownership imperial shines where other ots stores want out of their community,they stay friendly support local tournaments and have video game set ups ( when card games is too much) My children WANT to go to imperial, twin daggers in racine was only ots store that was child friendly and now imperial congrats as a local guide I wish for prosperity in your future

Definitely the best Magic Prices/Trade offers in the Milwaukee area. Insanely nice ownership as well.

Played in the pokemon league this evening. It was a smaller crowd but the store is clean the prices are good and the man behind the counter was a pleasure. Definitely going to continue to shop here and tell everyone about it. 😁

Great place. Enrique is wonderful, he is very upfront and honest. He deals exceptionally well with our 10yr old autistic son. He shows you the value of every card you inquire about and lets you know he is a business and what he can honestly pay you for your cards without any high pressure sales. As he has told us he wants you to be happy and that will make him happy.
If you are looking for an honest card shop this is the place to go. We will definitely be going back to Imperial Cards.

This store is so cozy and the staff is incredibly nice. They also have a pretty large selection of items, including nicely curated board games.

No longer doing sports cards, but very friendly and helpful staff

I’m a French guy that try to find a good TCG Yu-Gi-Oh shop and I think I did one of the best one in WI/IL state
A lot of Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh product that you can buy by one, display, etc…
The Staff was CRAZYYYY NICE with us and we could share some cool discussions ppl was passionate and it was a really pleasure
If I come back to the US I will definitely come back to your store to buy some cards ;) !!! I recommande +++++++

I cannot say enough nice things about the staff and environment there! They are attentive and knowledgeable and very friendly! I love hanging out there to play and trade after I buy some packs, they even have drinks and snacks for purchase! The other patrons are so fun and friendly, I'm making a lot of new friends!

It's always a pleasure to deal with the 2 or 3 Imperial staff members I've been fortunate enough to meet & then experience the utmost courteous & professional customer service from, during my dozen or so visits over the past 1yr+! That said, I'd like to recognize one gentleman in particular who's routinely met & then exceeded any & all expectations a patron could realistically have regarding his unwavering commitment to providing excellent customer service! However, with regret & a bit of embarrassment, I must admit that I don't know his name so instead I'll have to describe him. I do apologize. It's the same young man who happens to be Black & actually helped me last night, which was the night of 07/28/2022 at 6:30pm.
I personally believe that at a time when interactions between individuals can far too often be characterized as inconsiderate, downright nasty & at times even criminal in nature, it's very important that we recognize the HUMAN BEINGS who do infact possess the actual qualities necessary that MAKE US HUMAN!

Stopped in for the first time on 9/5. Was surprised by the amount of people playing cards together. Staff was very nice and informative. They even gave my daughter a Jasmine plushie. We will be back and look forward to hanging out there in the future.
