Love our TB store in Huntington Beach. Which it was bigger! Service is always courteous, helpful and friendly. I always look forward to shopping there during my frequent visits to Pacific City. Tommy Bahama clothes always fit me really well and the selection is always changing. Keep up the good work.

The customer service that Jackie and Gina(?) gave me this evening was great! Very attentive caring and super friendly! From the time I arrived till checkout. I am very happy with my choices of which they also assisted me with.
There was another male employee that made an appearance when I was leaving the store, who didn't look very friendly, didn't smile at all even after I said goodbye! Maybe he should've gone home early. Jackie also remembered me from my last visit which was over 6 months ago. Very impressive! Kudos to both girls.

I love Tommy Bahama! The service is always excellent! The selection is tremendous, the only negative would be pricing. If you can get gift cards, find sales, or get any money off is the best. If you submit your email to their mailing list usually get you a gift card or money off.

The best part about this store was the amazing customer service by the team.

Jacque was phenomenal. Super friendly, down to earth, helpful and not afraid to answer questions honestly. She provided amazing customer service that is so hard to find nowadays.

I was researching various pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses and after previously visiting 4 other stores in the downtown HB area, it became clear that this store and Jacque’s customer service was by far the best. She was patient with me and offered great assistance to all the different pairs I wanted to try on. Thank you so much Jacque!

Friendly store and of course very stylish clothes and great accessories... This store is set in the center of upscale and brand new Pacific City which is exceptionally nice to visit and shop..

I bought two great shirts for 80 dollars you couldn't get one for that price at the regular store also they always have 3X in stock in muted and conservative prints. Thank you for realizing not all big guys want to be seen in loud colors.
