The finest sauce maker in existence. I have over 400 bottles from all over the globe and very few compare to the absolute flavor bombs Timothy creates! A long time ago my favorite saucier told me who his idol was….he was spot on!

Tim and his team are awesome! Phenomenal flavors continuously being created. My favorite is the Coney Chipotle... Nothing better on eggs! Sent my son-in-law several different samples and now he's hooked and uses the website to order his own.

Tim and company make the BEST Hot Hot sauce. Bought 9 bottles in the past 5 months. Found my new hot sauce company. the regular Red Reaper is our fav. Other flavors good too but plain Red Reaper works in anything. Not quite brave enough to order Thor, that one scares me a bit.

Volcanic Peppers is a local hidden gem!! This family owned and operated store has some of the best hot sauce in the country! They've won numerous national awards for different sauces and you can try them all in the store! Staff is super friendly and inviting, knowledgeable about their products! They grow all their own peppers in a Nebraska greenhouse nearby, no pesticides!
Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!!

Volcanic Peppers. Wow. I have a lot to say and so little time! This store front seems like a typical hole in the wall, but once you step in you are immediately greeted by the familiar smell of insanely hot peppers! My best friend sent me here on a mission as I was visiting family in Omaha, and being no stranger to spicy peppers I love right in.

I will cut to the chase: reaper chili peppers and almost every pepper below it in terms of decreasing scoville units. Reaper pepper hot sauces, reaper pepper ranch dressing, dried and crushed reaper pepper dust, salsas that read hot and actually mean it, chips and salsa to sample so you leave on fire to brave the cold, concentrates.... So much firey stuff!

Staff was great and super enthused to meet a pepper head and to hear that they are known out of state (check out their website!).

I went crazy and bought a bunch of stuff for my friend, as I am not quite up to reaper heat yet, and they threw in a great pizza topper dust (see pics)!

I wish I could have stayed longer and sampled everything! Super friendly, local and small business, passionate about their trade and craft. 'nuff said!

What can I say that "Darth Sambal" is hands down the best thing since slice bread. I sell it on my hot dog cart "Uncle Dave's Hot Dogs" and people cant get enough of it. I need more......"feed me Seymore" .....

This place is awesome. They have sauces, salsas and seasonings made from scratch with peppers that are locally sourced. From level 1-10 no matter how spicy you like it they will have several options for you. Best part is, they are not just hot but have tons of flavor.

Volcanic makes some of my favorite hot sauces and spices. Glad to see some on Hot Ones. Great stuff!

As others have said, a hidden gem. Their sauces are delightful. The gentleman who served us was very helpful. He knew the product and offered suggestions based on our taste. Volcanic Peppers offers the opportunity to buy a really good local product from a local company.

Amazing experience tasting a huge variety of delicious sauces! Jason knows these sauces inside and out. He helped me find multiple awesome hot sauces and I will be back to try and buy more when my mouth finally cools off :p

Absolutely delicious locally made salsa! I discovered it at a friend's party and when she told me it was local, I immediately bought a tub of the Volcanic salsa. It's amazing, the perfect amount of bite. We LOVE our spicy food in this family (we're so serious about spicy, that we keep The Last Dab in the fridge for any and all recipes, and to challenge our friends), so we definitely recommend Volcanic Peppers for their salsa and sauces. They have a wide variety of delicious goodies.

Ran into a guy at Hyvee while I was looking at hot sauce who told me that Volcanic Peppers was his family's business. He suggested the smoked cayenne hot sauce so I said sure, why not.

It is amazing! Just the right amount of heat and tons of flavor. I love to put it into my Mac and cheese. I can't wait to try some of the other flavors. 5 stars!

I really like the fact that when you go into their shop, you can pretty much taste any sauce they make. They offer samples on either a tortilla chip or on a spoon. You don't have to guess which sauce you'd like. They're friendly people and the shop is clean and well organized. They mostly sell their own sauces, however they do sell some products made by other companies. A cautionary word about their heat ratings, however - what they label "medium" heat seems to be more inline with what supermarket brands would label "hot". Also, you can realistically only taste test one or (at the most) two products before your taste buds just start registering heat. Don't ask to try the hottest sauce they make if you plan on trying other sauces, as well.

I haven't been in the physical store but have been an online customer for years. I have had nothing but great experiences and great products. The owner is a great dude who ships fast and doesn't charge for shipping either. If there is a question or issue, he responds quickly, no matter how small or large your order is. I feel like his prices are fair and knowing my money is going to a company I believe in doesn't hurt. On another note, if you are really looking for really hot powders to the extreme this is absolutely the place to turn to. Best of luck and I wish continued growth for you Tim!

Such awesome products they make! I will always choose them for salsa and seasoning products with spice. They are a local company and super friendly. An even better point is that they've branched out to some grocery stores to sell some of their products. If you can't find them in your grocery store, talk to your store manager and tell them to get some. They and you won't be disappointed.

Out of town visiting a friend and saw these guys ran their own shop and made their own stuff so we decided to check it out. They were happy to make time to answer any questions I had and let us try a ton of the product before buying.

The flavor of the sauces are great and varied, and the prices are fantastic for the amount you get. Great place for hot sauce fans and gift buyers.

10/10 Will order more stuff later.

I went in to this store because curiosity got the best of me. I tried their hottest salsa. Usually I can't find anything remotely spicy at the grocery store, and when I do it never has good taste. But Volcanic Peppers had the best tasting salsa I have ever had coupled with nice heat. I highly recommend this place, and am in fact going to go out of my way to show this store to many friends this weekend.

This small little place in Nebraska is super Duper amazing. When I went in I was blown away by the service and products. If you’re into spicy food at all you should totally hit this place up if you’re in the area. And even if you’re not into spicy foods they have plenty of sauces and spices for you. Overall this is one of the coolest stores I’ve been too.
