Taco Bell

After sitting in the Joe Frank Harris location for half an hour just for them to tell me they can’t find my mobile order, I came to the East Main St location who completely turned my frustrating night around with their quick and friendly service.
Not to mention the food was fresh and exactly how I ordered it!
This will be the location I frequent from now on 🙌🏻

Drive through line was long, but I believe they were short staffed. Staff was still very friendly despite the business!

We always enjoy Taco Bell. This one was very clean. Nice atmosphere.

I am glad that this first location of Taco Bell in Cartersville, dating back to 1988, in new digs has reopened. The quality, and taste of the food is exceptional, and the crew are attentive, and very friendly. Excellent customer service!

My granddaughter loves Taco Bell. Uses an inordinate amount of Fire Sauce! When I asked for extra, I got two handfuls - made her day! Thank you!

This taco bell is amazing the manger on duty was awesome. I somehow ordered wrong on my app after using it for the 1st time and he had no hesitation fixing our order right away. Kudos to this taco bell and their team. They are short staffed yet that didn't stop them from giving A1 service

This particular taco bell is exceptional every single time. I have been coming here over the course of 4 years on random occasions and not once have they ever disappointed. the service, quality, and friendly staff lead as an example for every single taco bell in the country.

I worked for taco bell many years ago and it's hard to have a solid staff at one, people never take the job seriously. But the people here are just excellent. I hope it never changes.

I’ve eaten at many TB’s. While the food is always good, this one stands out as being extremely good. I had the crunchwrap which was adequately filled (sometimes you get them sparse) and the steak burrito which blew my socks off. Over the years Bell has gotten more $$, but with the quality of this meal I didn’t mind paying it.

I gave 5 stars because taco bell is one of my favorites. But I had a big order and they messed up my entire order, forgot the straws and only gave 2 napkins for order for 8 people. Didn't know till got home food was missing, wrong, etc....

I want to give a shout out to the thin, middle aged woman (long dark hair) working the cash register, and sweeping the floors last evening between 8-830. It was obvious that she was a newbie, as she was unfamiliar with the cash register, and the menu. She had such a great attitude. She demonstrated concern that her difficulties were inconveniencing me. They weren't. I've been in her shoes when I worked fast food many years ago. I want to offer her encouragement. Hang in there, and you'll be an expert in no time. You will be an asset to the restaurant.

Today I experienced the best customer service ever. Drive-thru lady notices my soda may not be mixed well so told me to check and it wasn't mixed well. Told her I would take a tea instead. She gave me a large instead of medium and also gave me a cup of ice because she knew the tea was fresh and would melt the ice. Best service from both people who helped me. Not sure of their names but the both deserve a raise. Finally some people who know how to be customer centric at a fast food joint. Thank you both.

I’ve gone twice since moving here and both times my food was fresh and hot. Although there’s usually a good sized line it’s worth waiting. The staff is polite and courteous. They don’t give me a hard time when I ask for extra sauce. I’ll definitely be back!

Always good taste. The Main Street Taco Bell has the Most Accuracy on what you receive from your orders. West End TB almost always Leaves one or two items Out of My order..so check your bag before you leave the parking lot. LAKEPOINT is the worst of Cartersville's locations. I ordered $21 for 3 people . The bag I received at the drive thru seemed big enough for what I orded. I got home, unstapled the bag only to find that I was given someone elses order! Like 15 cheap bean and cheese burritos, I was furious. Only 4 cars! NOT CROWDED.If I didnt live so far away......., did call..no one answered. 3 strikes... You are Out...at LakePoint@

Place was clean and staff was nice. Food was made in a timely manner and with no issues.

Cheap, quick, and good. Maybe the best fast food option in town. Who doesn't like Taco Bell?? There's something for everybody! My only suggestion would be just a little more meat. Other than that A+. Be sure you try the Diablo hot sauce.

I just love Taco Bell food can't get enough of that I eat your two or three times a week sometimes when I can afford it when I got some money to eat there sometimes it might be once a month but anyway if it's a good place for me to eat it's good place for you to eat so join me there one day I may buy your own food for you amen

If I am going to get some yummy cheat grub. This is my spot. Always polite and fresh food. Some of there people need raises, though. Working hard for more than the company, customers, or money. They are a good bunch of people.
