Very good Diesel mechanic and friendly. This guy is definetly trust worthy and will show you and explain what is wrong with your Truck.I have Volvo Semi truck , i got stuck in Troutman,NC because the Coolant pipes broke which runs coolant to DPF system.it was Sunday early morning so none of the mechanics was able to get replacement parts .I found A&D on google maps and he assured that he gonna fix my truck as first thing in the morning on Monday . Dennis came to Troutman Pilot on Monday morning and within couple of hours he fixed the problem. If you're looking for a service call in Charlotte, NC area , this guy definetly is a good mechanic.

AC Compressor burned-out! Called Dennis and he was finishing up his last job for the day. Explained my dilemma...and he felt compelled to help. Upon arrival I was very impressed with his professional presentation from A-Z. Not only did he rectify the situation but went above and beyond my expectations! Everything was "1st Class" regarding this gentleman's work, knowledge and personality. The industry NEEDS more guys like Dennis!

My car wasn't starting and we had no idea what it was and thankfully I called this company and spoke with Dennis. He came to my house the very next morning to look at it and didn't charge me to do it! He was very nice and honest too! We will definitely be calling him again to be our new mechanic! Very timely, detail oriented, great communicative style, equipped truck workshop style, very knowledgeable. Was in and out in no time. Truck air hose line that pulled out was fixed in a jiffy for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend as your go to guy.

Dennis showed up and got right to work. He took what I gave him over the phone and applied it to the task at hand, zero questions asked. He is proficient in his craft and has a vast knowledge of diesel repair. His customer service was second to absolutely none. Most Mech/Techs won’t hold a conversation with you. We talked the entire time he was working on my truck! His pricing puts other companies to shame, and I will use he and his dispatch again as I come through his area 4 days a week from here on out.
