I did order the buy one get two spinning reels but apparently I was not. The only one ended up getting three bait casters service was good thank you Duckett for filling my order can’t wait till next time.

Excellent product and customer service! Called to tell them I broke a guide off of one of my rods(The reason it broke was my own fault). I only wanted to get the brand of guides they use so I could match it up perfect when I repair it. The polite lady on the other end of the phone told me she would send me some guides at no cost. Thank you for the effort Duckett! You have a customer for life.

Duckett is helpful in replacing broken Rods. I was impressed with how helpful and how easy to work with they were with replacing broken warranted rods. Even rods that are discontinued they will still help you with a discounted replacement. Once replaced, they keep the records so the new rods are under warranty for free replacement.

Duckett has serious quality control issues. I ordered 2 Duckett Micro Magic 7ft mediums from Amazon and it was a miserable experience. When you get a good one, these rod are very nice, super light and sensitive. The problem is that getting one with properly aligned guides or a rod that isn't crooked, is like hitting the lottery. Both rods I got have crooked guides and one rod veers to the left and the other starts off veering to the left then switches to the right. Something I have never seen on a rod. I wasn't sure if was ordering a spinning rod or a tree branch magic wand from harry potter. Duckett support is a joke, they don't answer the phone most of the time and i tried all extensions and when they do get back to you, they try to offer you a snake oil 40% off coupon but with their $30 shipping factored in, you can get these rods on sale cheaper somewhere else. I paid less on amazon than what they offered me. They try to blame it on some third party seller on amazon has a bad batch, even thought i told them twice my order was fulfilled and shipped by amazon. Go look at the review pictures on amazon. Also news flash, this isnt just happening on amazon with duckett rods, go look on tacklewarehouse and other retailers. They also got rid of the microwave guides on these. No more duckett for me.
I cant wait for one of Ducketts lackeys to show up here claiming how great their rods are to negate my review or pretend as if they are apologetic. Also I dare duckett to come on here and claim I'm lying.
