Cass City Mc Donald's goes above and beyond, food hot and fresh, your always greeted by a friendly employee

I'm doing something I never thought I'd do. I'm leaving a review for a McDonald's! Actually, I left a not so good one for one in Utah, but I found the McDonald's to set the bar! I was picking up a load in Cass City, and I wanted a filet o fish. I saw this McDonald's was walking distance to my truck. It was clean and looked to be a newer McDonald's. The gals behind the counter were friendly and courteous. But best of all was the food. It was a McDonald's from 40 years ago, as far as taste and freshness. No sitting under hot lamps. The fries were hot and full size, not the tiny ones from the bottom of the bag. The sandwich was warm, and I was in filet o fish heaven. Must be quite the experience for me to write about it. Thanks, McDonald's and gals, for great food and service.

Something good and energy to eat it for refueling strength in no time. It was very extra-special, perfect and luckiest and healthiest and delicious breakfast mcgriddles sandwiches with small cup of healthy and delicious coolest orange juice and warmth hash browns for refueling strength in no time.

They sometimes mess up orders late at night but it's usually pretty good in the daytime. I thought they were really sweet because I was on a walk with my child and they let me order even though the lobby was closed. We do frequent this establishment. It's the only fast food in Cass City.

We stopped in few weeks ago with our grandson who's has special needs the we get his French fries he loves McDonald's fries then he noticed there were new happy meal toys out we didn't order a happy meal but the young lady working the window noticed how impatient my grandson was getting for me to get the money for his toy n how upset he was becoming over it she slipped his toy in the bag for us our grandson has Auitism and has a very difficult time with understanding to be patient It was so sweet of thar young Lady and again Thank you so much for your kindness it went a very long way for him

Being one of the few blackfolks in the area, the employee's and management were really nice (non-discriminat). I didn't feel as if I needed to hurry up and buy or there going to call police just because.

I have always found this McDonald's a very pleasant and efficient one. Very friendly people, and the service is quite good. Whether going inside or using the drive-thru, it's worth the trip.

We had to wait on our food, but it was piping hot! Fries were the best I've had in a long time from a McDonalds!

Very clean mcdonalds had my infamous favorite salad it was fresh lettuce was fresh and sald was just as good as the first one i ever had great service
