Waste Management always pick up my trash on schedule

The truck driver doesn't stop if the barrel is not all the way on the street. We are a church our barrel gets pickup on Friday & there isn't any body there during the week. We move the barrel on Sunday after church, but people go bye and move it back. Can we schedule our pickup on Monday.
