I had a friend refer me to this location because I went to another location to get help and i had HORRIBLE experience! The girl wanted to charge me just to help me fix it. So i came here because my friend said the manager there can help me. My phone was going off with notifications and pop ups! i wasn't able to go to a certain app or nothing and i need my phone for work! Well let me tell you I have never meet a worker so polite, so fast and so understanding that I didn't have no money, well she fixed my phone for free! i cant thank the manager crystal enough for what she did for me. She made my DAY! Sorry for such a long review but she deserves it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY CUSTOMER TO COME SEE CRYSTAL THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION! 5 STAR!*****

The manager Crystal is very dependable, reliable and I feel like she's the best worker at this address that I have meet. She's very helpful and is always there when I need her. I trust her cold heartedly. Dont ever get rid of her ever. Because of her I'm not switching carriers

I stopped at 2 boost stores down Bandera none of the workers could help me with my phone thank God I stopped here and saw this one. I came to the right place thank you to the manager crystal for fixing mine and my husband's phone! Keep up the great job!

I just transferred from metro to boost due to having issues with metro..customer service was horrid. I happened to visit the boost on 2009 Bandera SA TX in which Adam helped me. I go to two locations, the one in Fredericksburg is my location-always great customer service! The second location is off of 410 access rd-don’t really like this location because they lack customer service and the employees don’t want to work. I recommend the Fredericksburg location.

The young lady here Nyo I think was her name has no idea of her true potential and abilities because you cannot teach the level of service she provided and to top it off. she was alone in a packed house. The store front is small and we were packed in there and she stood there and looked at everyone like class was about to start and said lets begin. The music was playing that era that all generations know every word and she seperated everyone and as she activated on one side she took payments on the other. Alone. It never let up and that young lady went out of her way make everyone's day better if she could. Im not one to want to be in a confined space where there are strangers but for the first time in a long time I laughed with complete strangers, i nodded at families, and smiled. For those 20 minutes I was in America again, where people were kind because it is who we should be. If i can get that feeling from anyone, anywhere, I'll come back and I'll bring others, we should share it. So if you are ever in the area stop by there, strange how you never know when something so real will be in a place so unexpected. After all that I really hate ending with i was unhappy with my sheild protector, lol, but we must keep these honest.
