Employee Chase asked me to call customer service because I said I was making a return for my immediate family member and he "wanted an extra return code because he personally, as an individual, has a higher return policy than the store and Corporate return policies listed on the receipt". This is unacceptable, wasted my time, and resulted in a Corporate Complaint filed against this location. I successfully returned the item at the next-closest location, in Buda.
