I don't care how much people don't like it, self check out is a game changer and makes checking out 3 minutes or less. I use to wait 30 minutes to buy 2 items. And the store had full shelves and plenty of team members. Happy.

Thank you for asking. I'd like to start out by saying because reasons of product unavailable, entire store was not organized, poor customer service and unconcerned employee and the high possibility of a crime happening while you're shopping. For those reasons I haven't visited this location on Farrington Road store in over 2 years. On this evening, it was the convenience of this location in my neighborhood and didn't feel like driving out in the cold rain. I was pleasantly Surprised🤗, the store has a facelift, management has taken responsibility and pride of the presentation of the store overall apparent, more product availability and every employee/ salesperson that I interacted with were pleasantly willing to assist and were knowledgeable and personable as well as professional. Great experience All the way up to checking out at the cash register, the cashier whose name was Lee, She was very, very💪🏽 patient as there could have been a scene with the customer ahead of me. Cashier Lee, quickly and skillfully diffused the situation and had everybody💪🏽 smiling🤗 at the end👏🏽. When it was my turn, Cashier Ms. Lee was personable, professional, polite and genuinely 💞 pleasingly nice.

Hello my name is LA I placed a order to be picked up around 8 o'clock yesterday. At walmart, however, I was not informed that the pick up station close at 8 I was sitting outside a good 15 minutes Trying to get someone on the phone The phone kept going to voicemail so I decided to go in. The inside ran into a team leader named Tamika. She was so patient and so kind. She helped me get my order. I wish all walmart workers was like her thank you again .

I was able to find what I needed quickly. The store was clean, and that to me means the products are handled with care.

Always a fun place to but you have to be aware of your surrounding, with everything going on in these Walmarts ☺☺

It was good had things on sale ,great ones the only thing I couldn't find an item I was looking for. But it's not the only one that doesn't have it . Otherwise great

Just moved to the area and this Walmart Supercenter is always busy. During this current pandemic of Covid-19, I just want to thank the staff here for keeping up with the guidelines and providing the necessary resources for the growing community. I appreciate the efforts to keep the carts sanitized. I love the plexiglass for the cashiers. Even the floor markings promoting social distancing is beneficial. Walmart is officially an essential business!!

It's clean and well stocked

I stopped in to use the money services around 7:30 on a Tuesday evening. The young lady that was greeting at the left door by the vision center had just hugged a friend of hers, and I commented, jokingly, that “I didn’t get one“, and she ran over and gave me a hug. One of the nicest things anybody has done in a long time.
Hugged me again as I left. Not sure about anything else, but that lady made my month!!!

Excellent customer service support at the self checkout.

This is a great place for someone with mobility issues. Have never had trouble finding a motorized scooter and the aisles are somewhat wide enough to go through. It's a climb but it is accessible by public transportation. Has long hours for that late night or early morning shopping.

Had to return a toy that was a birthday gift from out of state. Have a picture of the receipt did not have any problems.

I went to WalMart while in Lithonia Georgia visiting my church New Birth cathedral under Dr. Jamal-Harrison Bryant to but good using my snap benefits. I got free groceries from king's table new birth gave away Saturday June 12 and then went to coca-cola plant before Sunday June 13, 2021. They had what I was looking for Bing Cherries and could not find Golden Flake chips from my hometown Birmingham, Alabama less than a mile away from my house and grandparents and elementary school all my family attended. The Birmingham Jail Martin Luther king Jr was held when wrote the letter across from Golden Flake plant behind Memorial Park.
