I visit Starbucks locations frequently, and this location in Acton is one of my favorites. The baristas are all so friendly and accommodating. When it comes to substitutions, there's never a mistake. Wow! AWESOME! Thanks for always being there for a great experience!

Helpful, efficient, and clean. The manager even offered a suggestion when I was unsure what to do order. It made my day!

Cool place been a few years now. Remember on a few visits like cool baristas like a fire inside feeling liking sugar rush or highly devoted folk reminding me chicago Starbucks who told me their dream is to preach to the secular liberals so get these jobs or something like that, or remember like lady kitty spencer telling or implying the Mr cat he’s a bad banana w a greasy black peel like that Lindsey stirling song and one can talk freely about like Harry Potter things even when one shouldn’t go to places and harangue small talk to paid people only, I know, but if I remember all this, must have been a good group with us all along at a cool hang hour from all walks, this country not being built by prince arthas from Warcraft but by men who wore suits and used to wear suits or by men who just stand up and don’t count how many seconds you are down since they tell you on trains “you will be all right”, in wraparound country’s emerald city neighbor. Counterculturalists are intellectuals too, can’t write short reviews but if you actually understand what I’m saying you will see I’m not saying anything but the best for this place to be adopted by anyone’s journey like that song a small town is like a train headed anywhere or the battle of bull run referencing song “I wish the prince of wales could see him lead, the southern black horse calvary on the union charged furiously. But in that hour of peril….” And a single review is bound to beat eleven misdirected rumors of people who haven’t even been here to know what is a crazy interaction and what is just too much truth like mighty wings over a forsaken writer defeated by the orders
Who took no pride in defeating a writer forsaken by his own Jeffersonian democracy somewhere in the sands of Euphrates when to cheer for became a sin. So I left a sub instead and people need tea.

I have always loved Starbucks for the variety of frappaccinos.. Am not a great fan of coffees so no comments but I do love white chocolate mocha from their hot drinks..

Never had an issue here—always consistent, reasonable wait times, friendly staff. Nothing to write home about but innocuous is also a blessing in itself.

Love Starbucks, they know how to make a really coffee. Not like dumb n daunt ( Dunkin’ Donuts ) who doesn’t know the different between no creamer or no sugar

Excellent customer service! The staff is friendly, competent, and they work fast. Rest assured if ever there is an issue, the staff will not only work hard to rectify it but will be more than happy to hear you out without judgement. I want to give special attention to Myles, Kelly, & Rochelle. These 3 made my coffee dreams come true today and I really appreciate that! I think we can all agree that any job involving customer service is trying to say the least. It requires a thick skin because you are basically getting the brunt of every customer's anger/frustration. So please everyone be kind and respectful even when giving your concerns/complaints. We've all got a million things going on in our lives. We're all battling things no one knows about & we're all doing the best we can. Today the 3 baristas I mentioned made my life a little easier and I just want to say thank you. We may never know the impact we have on others, but know that when you show kindness or help someone, it costs you nothing and it DOES make a difference.

Every barista here deserves a raise. They’re perky despite being short staffed right before everyone has to head to work or school.

Loving the new Very Berry Hibiscus refresher. It's everything on a hot summer day. Great experience: I walk my dog the mile+ to Starbucks, order online so my drink is waiting when we arrive, and sit on the terrace with an awesome drink for me & water for my dog. Thanks, Starbucks!

It’s a Starbucks, we all love the coffee there and love paying extra money for coffee.

Starbucks is always my favorite coffee shop. The staff is always professional, yet not very personable. Prices are higher than their competition, but the quality is better

Staff is very polite, friendly and quick with orders. I've seen the staff go the extra mile for customers on multiple occasions. I'd reccomend the Acton Starbucks to anyone.
