Rod replaced the original worn cloth seats in my 2008 Dodge Ram with leather seats with heaters. He even upholstered my company logo in the front seats! Toby and Paul did a great job with the install. Exceptional quality at surprisingly reasonable prices - It feels like a new truck!

Jim's did it right on this one! Wasn't correct when we came to pick it up, the owner stood by it and made the changes needed to make sure we got what we asked for. Well done to the Jims Team!

Jim's is about the only place in the valley that you can buy carpet. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful and the prices were really fair. Definitely will get my stuff there instead of the internet!

Rented a uhaul trailer.. had a hiccup with the price but they worked diligently to help fix it and we're very friendly in the process. Absolutely recommend!

This is a U-haul pick up location and after reserving my truck the first week of February and was told that was good to do it early for a late March out of state move. The day before my move was scheduled I had no truck and was told two days earlier it would be at this location for the date I requested. Moving is stressful enough and moving two states away pretty much by yourself, Leann Ferguson worked really hard to make sure my truck was there. She went above and beyond any customer service I’ve ever experienced, stayed way past her scheduled shift to take care of everything so all I had to do was get the truck, in the morning. There was a mix up on my truck not being returned until the next day, she managed to contact the person with the truck and they also got it returned in time for my move.I can’t say enough thanks to this great employee, Leann Ferguson at Jim’s Upholstery in Caldwell Idaho!

The job that I took to Jim's was not a major item. But he took the time to make me feel like it was. A previous upholstery company (in California) had installed seat emblems on my dad's 1964 Ford Falcon Sprint bucket seats some years back. One had fallen out after a week and they said they would fix it. When I got out here to Idaho, the emblem fell out again.Turns out that rather than taking the seat cover off again and reattaching the flat nuts, they bent the 2 prongs at a 90° angle and stuck it back in the holes in the seat cover. Turns out the emblems also needed backing plates and I only had one. Jim found another one! Emblems replaced but studs so short that surface was indented. I ordered 2 more and took back to Jim. He reinstalled and said "no additional charge". Seats are perfect!

When I picked up the seats, I also had a small problem with the rear molded carpet piece that I am going to install. Jim graciously took the time and looked at the issue, discussed a couple of options and then fixed it for me. I again offered to pay for the additional work on the seats and the carpet "fix". He declined payment with a big smile and said he has already been paid.

He pays attention to detail and does an excellent job. He truly cares about each and every job he takes on. I am not finished restoring my Dad's car yet and will not hesitate to return to him for additional work it may need.

My Dad gave me his car 2 years before he passed away. It is very special to me.

Jim's has always done excellent work at a fair price for our family. Their service is truly over the top! My father had recently left a truck seat at Jim's to have it reupholstered. He passed away very unexpectedly this past week. We were devastated. The owner, Rod contacted my Mother because he had heard the news through a friend. He insisted that he would deliver the seat, bring the tools and install it for her. That he did and then told her there would be no charge. This incredible act of kindness truly touched our hearts! A huge thank you to Rod at Jim's Upholstery, you are the BEST!

We had a cigarette hole in our new truck and the job that Jim's did was awesome! Not only did the professional staff do a great job the price was extremely reasonable. Jim's is the place for all your upholstery needs. They will get all our business.

I walked into Jim's without an appointment looking to have a broken snap repaired on an RV floor carpet. He immediately asked one of his employees to take care of my request. AWESOME! Great service, very friendly, highly recommend!

We took our 1968 Chevy seat which was in grave need of a rebuild (wires were broken and cushion totally gone), a real mess. Were expecting this to take 2-3 weeks! It was beautifully re-made and ready for p-u in 5 days. We are so happy with it!

The owner, Jim, is a very personable guy. The shop is big and very clean. They do a great job on vintage vehicles, boats and custom upholstery on all types of cars and trucks!

Rod and his boys just reupholstered my whole boat. They did an amazing job. They even went the extra mile and repaired some of the things that needed to be updated on the outside of the boat & trailer. It looks like a brand-new boat inside!
