I have a small business (online store) and this UPS location handles all my shipments. It’s a fantastic team that always helps me out with my daily packing and shipping and anything my business needs. They’re always super friendly and helpful and I’m really grateful for their excellent service.

Notary services, apostille services, shipments to other countries you name it they can do it. Not only they do it impeccably they do it with a smile and always offering the most convenient way for the client. Claudia and Mauricio are the jewels of the crown. The store is neat, parking very accessible. Can’t get better than this! Feels like walking into a friend’s house! Kudos!

Absolutely the best UPS store in the 33196 zip code. There's two other UPS stores in West Kendall that have misplace my Amazon returns, but not at this location. Staff is also mature and respectful unlike the 15-year-olds running the other locations 😅

From Corals Gable, Florida to Madrid, Spain, i.e. more than 4,000 miles apart, the service was impeccable. I bought a painting on paper at a Florida Auction House and UPS Store 7434 collected, following my instructions de-framed, packed, insured and sent it in a bit over one week, keeping me informed of the stages the painting was going through. In Spain they brought it to my door, customs cleared and ready to re-frame and enjoy! Kudos!
