Vic Gonzalez and the rest of the staff at THIS GNC Store are knowledgeable and friendly! They have always answered all my questions and they never made me feel like I was imposing on them by asking. On the contrary, they made me feel like they wanted to share the info. This was most helpful when I was trying to decide between two different products from the same company.

Victor and Stephanie are great! Always welcome you with huge smiles. They take the time to listen to your needs, recommend and educate on the products that will help you let your goals. Store is well organized and very clean. This is my GNC store of choice!

I'll be definitely coming back here! Carlos was really nice and had great customer service. I also like the fact they close at 6 on a Saturday or Sunday compare to the other GNC. I went to a GNC in hammocks and was walking to the door, when I see the associate closing the door. I asked him if he was closed and he said yes. Then he asked me what I was going to buy and told him, what I needed. Then he just walked away. I google GNC and saw this one open. Came here and it was very clean and big. Carlos you have a new customer. I won't mind drive a little to come over here! Thanks again!

The staff is super knowledgeable and has the best prices in town! They don't just show you the product like at every other supplement store and that try t get rid of you as quickly as possible, they educate you on their supplements and make sure you leave happy! I highly recommend for everyone to shop here!

They need to hire people that have knowlage of the products, not an old lady with out a clue, horrible service, go somewhere else

I went to this store after calling GNC customer care to stop my auto ship delivery. They said it was too far along in the process (even though it had not been shipped yet) and they could not cancel but that I could return it to ANY gnc retail location. To my dismay they literally said to me “we don’t know how make that return we can’t do it”! How embarrassing for your company to have stores like this that will treat a faithful auto ship customer this way. The return policy on the website CLEARLY states you can return your online purchase to ANY GNC store. Here it is for your reading convenience directly from their website:
