I wouldn’t say it’s open 24 hours because the owner has to sleep but I got my bike after closing hours since the shop is appointment only. He had amazing service and I’m glad I went to this shop because he finished in less than 3 days my bicycle was broken horribly, so I’m surprised. Also it was way less expensive than I thought. The owner is generous and thinks about his costumers.Try out his shop in copperas cove, I really hope he can get some employees and expand his business a lot more.

Excellent Service, Mr. David went above and beyond, to make sure my son’s bike was ready before school.

Went here today and had an excellant experience. Larry was very polite and helpful. I was able to fix my nieces bicycle for less money than if I had gone to WalMart.

I called for directions and he scolded me further citing he been in the same place for decades. Unfortunately, I'm new in town and my GPS continued to reroute me. It's fine; I'll get my tire fixed elsewhere. Good customer service would have been nice. I'll drive to Killeen... for good service.

So I brought my bike in to get serviced because it had been in my garage for several years and I'm getting back into riding now that i have the time. He tried to sell me some new tires that were not the ones I wanted and when I went out to another place and got the ones I did want I asked him to swap out the old for the new ones with new tubes and all. As for the service, I asked if he could lube all the gears, chain, and wheel axle's which he said was no problem.

A day after he told me my bike would be ready with no phone call I decided to go in and check up on it. At first he didn't know who I was then he had no clue what kind of bike I brought in for him to work on. After paying my $37.89 I took my bike home and the next day took it out for a ride. I didn't get 2 miles before my handle bars came loose and it became impossible to ride.

After walking it home I did a thorough inspection of my bike and other then the tires being replaced no work what-so-ever was done. None of the bolts/nuts had been tightened, nothing lubed, and I still had the old tubes in the tires which were about unserviceable. Avoid this place at all costs, this guy is lazy, time consuming, and puts costumers in danger by not doing the work hes paid to do!

Service was awful! bad attitude not much to say........shop looks like a pawn shop......change the price on me the second time i came back for tune up.........i don't know how he's still in business!!! Jerk!

1500 for a ultegra groupset? 800$ for an 80's model cannondale? Wth?

Very rude and doesn't take debit/credit cards.

Seemed to be bothered with answering my questions and the place is a disaster.
