From the moment we arrived at the tree farm, the service was impeccable. Brian took the time and had the patience to assist us to find trees for our yard after losing a black willow after the ice storm. Dennis assisted in making sure delivery was what we expected. Oscar and his crew took the time to make sure we placed the Arborvitaes exactly where we wanted them planted. Great customer service. I highly recommend Underwood Tree and Nursery.

Bruce came to my house on Friday and I missed him because I was doing laundry. I called him back and he turned around and came back. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. He trimmed my blue spruce from the freeze damage we had this season. He even suggested to me how to keep some of the branches to keep some of my privacy( this was so important to me because I love my privacy). But he went beyond my expectations when he noticed a “weed tree” on the side of my house by suggesting it got cut down d/t eventually saying it could/ would cause foundation damage. I was so grateful. I was letting it grow for the shade but I’m so happy he shared this information. He cut it down for me. Also, Instead of cutting down the top of my arborvitae that was damaged he suggested clamping it. The tree remains beautiful now due to his expertise and great work, I wanted to share this information with the company because in todays times, it is so hard to find great service. Thank you!

If I could give 6/5 Stars I would every time! Underwood's is the best is the business- quick, friendly, reasonably priced, and so so knowledgeable! My guy Joe is amazing and he makes sure every trip to set me up for success. Great investment that our property and family already benefit from! Thank you Underwoods for helping us enjoy our yard again!

I contacted Underwood nursery to have a tree stump ground. This is my first time needing a service like this so I had no idea what to expect. A crew of three men came prepared with heavy equipment and rakes. The operator of the tree stump grinding machine was a professional! The crew members worked together to get the job done quickly. No short cuts were taken. They carefully removed the debris and left my yard in better condition! This company deserves an A+! I would highly recommend them.

Love this company! I've had them for fertilizer programs and bug prevention for about 3 years. I had them come take a tree out and the stump and it looks amazing! Very nice friendly workers they came and got the job done cleaned up afterwards. It's hard to find a company that you can trust to get the job done right the first time without having to watch them for the whole process.

Lawn care has always been timely and well done every season. Last weekend I asked for additional help with weeds and general clean up. Within two days three young ladies were sent out, and they did a beautiful job!!! Thanks E.J.

Love this place!

$240 for rotten apples and pears. They said they didn't know they was spraying for worms. No rebate offered. Nothing but excuses. Underwood nursery 2 thumbs down
