Mostly good experience didn’t answer phone Friday despite multiple calls to pay bill

Very nice people, but only giving them one star because they never send out the bill correctly and I only ever receive the final notice and I typically receive it after the cut off date. I no longer live there, but still have my house, so it's hard to remember when the bill is due. I've been having this problem with them for the past five years, it happens every couple months.

The worst experience ive had with a water department EVER! Apparently they hire anyone in thier office and u don't even need a HS education becuase this girl didnt know ANYTHING! Yall need to train your workers more before u let them handle customers!
