The Sunflower Treats and Coffee

We are staying at Lake Barkley resort and wanted to get coffee and this was the one closest to us.

The building is very cute and even cuter inside. We were greeted warmly as we walked in and given recommendations at the counter. They had a surprisingly large menu (3 pages) and two containers of baked goods and breakfast foods.

I got the pumpkin spice latte with cold foam and 3 of their ham and cheese breakfast bites. The PSL and cold foam were excellent. I live in Lexington, KY and frequent Starbucks and several local coffee shops. The PSL I got here at the Sunflower beats Starbucks and most similar fall drinks.

Sadly I don’t live close enough to come here more often, but this will definitely be at the top of my recommendation list for anyone visiting the area!

I usually don’t do reviews but The Sunflower Treats and Coffee in Cadiz,KY was so good I must! The lay out is amazing. Lemonade and Carmel Latte were both made right in front of me in their brand new equipment and placed in easy to drink cups that I have never seen before and are a must try. Quick service. Awesome merchandise. We had the brownies, chocolate chip cookies, and peanut butter cookies. It was all so good we went back for another box. All the bake goods were made on location. Will return can to see their new and products thay will serve in the future. Will come back again for some of their apple pie!

Have passed by this place multiple times meaning to stop and man do I regret not stopping sooner. They have the freshest baked muffins, scones, banana bread, cookies, sausage and ham bites and sooooo much more, it was hard not to order one of everything (the person in-front of me did and I’m jealous.) This is by far one of the cleanest coffee shops with brand new equipment and the friendliest, nicest baristas that love their job. I regret not coming in sooner as this will be a daily stop that I now look forward to every morning. The lattes are phenomenal and even the drip coffee is exciting as they keep different roast and flavors for those of you who “just want a black coffee” 100% must stop if you’re anywhere in the area!

It's a really cute little place, and the ladies who run it are always friendly. There aren't tons of good options, but the ones I've tried have been pretty good. It's a great place to grab a snack and a coffee. The coffee is pretty good as well. You'll have to wait a few minutes because it's made to order, but it's got good flavor.

Fantastic atmosphere. Absolutely fabulous food and coffee. The employees have absolutely fabulous demeanors!! Wonderful.

This Cafe has had my heart since they opened! they held onto the small town vibe yet have modern flavors and the atmosphere makes you want to stay there all day! the girls treat everyone as if they've known you for years. sometimes I walk in not feeling myself but by the time I leave I always feel like a million dollars! I'm full happy caffenated and ready to take on the day! This is my happy place!

I am an out-of-towner visiting friends and we stopped by for some delicious coffee. April, Robin, and Taylor were here to satisfy our caffeine cravings. The drinks were perfect, as usual. The staff is always super sweet and the atmosphere is welcoming. I never miss a visit when I come by.

Amazing staff, friendly, quick, and overall great service. The food is all homemade and perfect. The coffee is better than Starbuck's hands down. If you're a coffee person and not going here, make a change and give it a try! You won't be let down.

Fantastic little coffee shop and bakery just off of of I-24. We stopped for coffee but I was excited and surprised to find gluten free and keto breakfast items. The baked goods were amazing and the sausage bites were filling and delicious! Would definitely stop here again if traveling down I-24.

Every cup they put in your hand is heavenly. One of the best cafés I’ve ever been to. Everyone is sweet and has a smile on their face the whole time. As a bonus their baked good and egg bits are the best start of my day I could possibly ask for. 10/10 you should go

The lemon blueberry bar is the best that I have ever had! My husband is the picky one and he snuck and ate his and my left over one yesterday. Lol
The chocolate pumpkin loaves are also amazing! I have tried several baked goods and not one have disappointed!
The owner and staff are always friendly and personable. I highly recommend The Sunflower Treats and Coffee in every way!

I stopped here for an oatmilk latte on my drive back from visiting my fiancé at Fort Campbell. I didn’t expect to need a caffeine fix but this place delivered. It’s a cute shop that sells cookies and coffee. It is very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stop next visit. The latte shall keep me awake until I make it back home to Chicago. Thank you!

You won't find better baked goods, coffee, or drink offerings in Cadiz than at The Sunflower. The fresh squeezed lemonade was amazing and every treat I've tried has been delicious. Their wonderful staff and mellow vibes are the perfect way to start your morning. You won't be disappointed!

First of all, the espresso and treats served here are so wonderful. It’s the best white chocolate mocha I’ve ever had.
But even more than the treats, when you step into the Sunflower, it feels a little like stepping back in time when people went into town to socialize. It’s hard to put into words, but what I can say is that Cadiz is better because of it!
So if you’re a local or just passing through to the lakes, the Sunflower is a must!

I ordered a white mocha latte which is my usual order at Starbucks but it was way better here. I can’t wait to go back!

My grandkids love this place. For what they call... Kids coffee! Chocolate milk with whipped cream and sprinkles. Delicious huge brownies are their favorite.

Best coffee in town hands down! You can't beat the friendly, artistic flair to this little place either. If your visiting it's a must see!
