The staff is extremely experienced and helped me so much and didn’t just try to get me to buy a bunch of unnecessary things. Sat me down and explained everything, how it works, and even with coming up with a calorie plan. Will 100% be back again

The two gentlemen that I have had the pleasure on meeting in the store are Eric and Brayden. Both very sweet, strong. kind, informative men. They’re happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend this store for any of your supplement needs. These folks care about what theyre selling. They’re exceptional at it. And they’ll value the money you spend with them. 5 stars. Storefront is clean and organized with broad and unique selection of products. I was in town for the week on a work trip and the friendly/knowledgeable staff was able to get me exactly what I needed and save me a bunch of money. Thanks again guys!

The manager of the place is very knowledgeable on the product he is selling, I didn’t catch his name but every time I’ve been there he has been behind the counter. He was very friendly and had no issues whatsoever on discussing what product would best suit my fitness goals. I will definitely continue shopping there!

Caleb was very welcoming and gave me a quick rundown on where everything was located in the store before giving me some helpful suggestions. He even offered me some samples to help me decide which proteins and pre-workouts are the best fit for me when I was checking out. I’ll be back soon for sure!

Staff was super helpful and nice ! Wes gave me a rundown of everything in the store and answered every question very thoroughly! I also can’t believe all the samples I got ! I just tried the fruity cereal protein powder and I give it an A+++ ! I definitely will be coming back!

Dalton was awesome he really helped us find what we needed, amazing store and atmosphere definitely a 5 star experience and I can’t forgot all of the samples that were available upon purchasing.

Dalton was working when I purchased creatine and pre workout. He clearly has real experience and a lot of knowledge on the products. He answered all my questions and even gave me valuable information on related products within the store. This is where I'll be purchasing my pre workout and creatine from now on. Much better than the other fitness related store in Cape Girardeau.
