SEPHORA at Kohl's

I've been to major centers like Albuquerque Coronado Sephora - the two gals from tonight are cream of the crop. Had to do an exchange due to broken merchandise. They had me in and out so quickly that my car was still toasty! You treat these ladies well, you hear me!

I was buying something for the first time & needed some help finding the right shade, the girl did just that!

Staff is wonderful! They ask if you need help with anything and shade match you perfectly!

Made a stop in earlier this evening and was greeted by Jackie. She was very helpful and attentive. She was able to help me to easily match my tone (make up novice here), took the time to help me understand the function of the products I was getting and while not breaking the bank. I’m excited to try them all!

Always I found good things in this place,very good quality and price.

Just left a few minutes ago, the two women literally just stood there talking to each other like I wasn’t even standing there and then the girl was super rude when she actually decided to help me. I will not be returning, don’t work in customer service if you don’t want to service the customers.
