I had a very great experience with justin here att.. He is great at his job, friendly.Pleasant to talk to and has a lot of experience and knows what he's doing.. He comes highly recommended from me and buy me... I will tell all my friends that deal with a t and t to deal with him..

Can’t express enough how great the staff is at this store. I had just come from a terrible experience at another ATT location and these guys in Cape made everything all better! Jamie Y was super helpful and patient and fixed my account, got my devices working and did it all with infectious enthusiasm. Superb service! Heads up folks…that’s how’s it’s done!

Wonderful experience with Kym. She got me in and out of there with a new phone up and going in less than half an hour and recommended a great phone case for me. Justin Brown is a god send!!! He eagerly helped us through the entire process, found the best phone, right plans and accessories, walked my anxious parent through the entire purchase, offered his personal business card and additional advice about promotions, discounts and DirectTV….. all in the midst of a very busy store during the holiday season. As an AT&T retiree, and having worked in the same building that housed the headquarters of the then fledgling Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems, I've always been impressed by the professionalism of all of their employees. My recent visit was no exception. Tevin deserves a raise & his own store.

Justin Brown was beyond excellent from start to finish! He helped us with finding the products we needed and set them up with ease. His number is definitely one I’ll keep on hand!

I came in with a unique situation having had to replace my phone with a different insurance than the ATT insurance that is offered in store. Long story short phone not having matching imei numbers was causing a problem in the upgrade system and the sales person, as well as management team did a great job of being patient to find a fix and get it squared away. The whole process did take some time but they stuck with it to make sure I was good to go.

This afternoon my husband and I came into this store to see about getting new phones. Right away Jaime was able to help us and so kind and made the whole process quick and easy! She never pushed us to buy other items in the store and just had such a great customer care!

Came in to Cape ATT. Kim did a great job, very personable and professional. Greatly appreciated.
