But that’s table steaks compared to the incredible focus and follow-through from Anastasia, who singlehandedly and proactively solved what can only be called a nightmare, with my former service provider. She makes me proud of my decision to go with Verizon, and she should make the brand proud too. Thank you.

I left this Verizon store with real hope for humanity. The team of two there were professional, smart, enthusiastic, helpful, and even kind. Anastasia went far out of her way with diligence to achieve success for me and obviously for the store. Ryan also the consummate professional and they worked well together as a team. Russell Cellular was a very positive experience today. The reason is because of Mario, our serviceman. He was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained our plan very well, and repeated things that we did not understand. He is patient and works wonderfully with customers. He multitasked very well and never got frustrated. Came in looking to switch carriers. We are from out of town and Rhiannon was who helped us. While it took us nearly 2.5 hours to switch over. Her service and customer service was impeccable. Very kind and very respectable. We are from Utah and had an excellent experience with Rhiannon and truthfully we are tempted to drive back to Taos just to work with Rhiannon and the folks here at russel cellular

My experience with Ensignal was great! Michelle took the time to help me chose a phone that would best fit my sons needs! She did this with grace and took her time to explain everything with good customer service!

Michelle was patient professional and very knowledgeable. She helped me troubleshoot my phone's issues, but ultimately helped me into 2 Samsung S9 plus. Very happy with her service. She is an asset to your company.

Ryan was extremely helpful and patient while I was deciding which device to go with, my only concern were all the extra fees that Verizon charges though Ryan had no control over that. Overall wonderful experience and I am happy with my service and device.

They didn’t have an iPhone 13 pro in store, they helped me get it ordered, I saw the 128 go was on back order for 2 months. So I cancelled the order & got a 256gb ordered & set up in 2 days. I appreciate their patience helping me get my new phone sooner!

My transfer from T-Mobile to Verizon was not going smoothly. On-line support from Verizon was pitiful. So I drove back into town (35 minutes) and went back to the local Verizon Authorized Dealer. They solved the issue within less than 5 minutes. Great experience!

This Verizon store has the best people working there. Cassandra is awesome. The young man was equally as knowledgeable and helpful but I've forgotten his name.

Cassandra and Juan went above and beyond in Taos NM to help us. All our questions were answered. And after days of trying to get our phone unlocked by our previous provider, they still had smiles on their faces. They deserve our highest recommendation.

Probably the best customer service I have received in Taos. Ryan was super helpful, polite and knowledgeable. It could not have gone better.
