I stopped by the store on Wednesday, 02/07, with a few complicated, professional questions. The two ladies working were so helpful and knew so much about the products they sell. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask them for their names but I took their advice and the results turned out great!

This location is friendly, and we have built a solid rapport with each other. These ladies are knowledgeable even though it isn't required. I appreciate their love and excitement in the merchandise. It makes a big difference when people love their job. Thanks ladies. I will be returning soon for the Ola Plex Dry Shampoo

5 star it is....I’m amazed with the customer service soon as I walked in, I was greeted very warmly by a man and a young lady... I was going to buy Color and consulted w the gentleman Who gave me great advise about all kind of items. I bought the best Oyster Clippers.. his sale’s pitch for me was, take it use it if you don’t like it bring it back with full refund. I thought what do I have to loose..
