They are very personable and professional. There’s a UPS store a little closer to my house but I always go to this specific store for the customer service alone.

New staff young man with cross earrings is great, so helpful! A new go-to UPS, used to avoid but the new front desk staff is great.

I do not know why this UPS has gotten such low reviews. Pe'ing is great and has always been super helpful. Not great on the phone but his store is great. Had a box here for 3+ years and would highly recommend the facility.

"I've used this place for years. They have been unfailingly helpful and polite." That review was 2 years ago. I'm doing an update to confirm what I said previously. They are businesslike, not rude.

If you want to chat with people who can't escape, try a bar or restaurant -- their tips depend on you liking them. Don't try it with supermarket checkers, though -- the people behind you in line will probably take offense and be "rude" to you.

Been a customer for several years. Owner has always treated me with kindness. Even took USPS packages I needed to mail. Has always had a smile for me when I go in.

I've had a PO box here on a couple of occasions, and shipped plenty of packages. They also offer notary services. It's pretty convenient. The owner always seems happy to see me.

Pi -Ning and his wife are very friendly and helpful. They are happy to assist me with copies or shipping an item via UPS or even usps.
