AT&T Store

Stephen was awesome today! Really fixed all my phone issues in about ten minutes. They are incredible!

I came to see Brock last week and he was so helpful. He showed me how to use my new phone and activated it for me, ensuring my apps, pictures and contacts were transferred to my new phone. I enjoy coming here because reps like Brock, Stephanie, and Stephen really take care of their customers and especially the elderly.

Staff was very friendly and got us taken care of quickly. Even fixed a problem I didn’t know I had.

Went in to upgrade my phone and was unsure of a couple things. Angela helped me upgrade my phone easily, answered all my questions and was super friendly! Very smooth process and great conversation while we waited for everything to transfer.

Stephanie is a wonderful person and great person for the store. I will only work with her every time I come in.

I went into the store on Tuesday looking to get an experts opinion on two phones. Skylar was very quick to answer all of my questions and delivered excellent customer service. On Thursday I went back in to make the purchase and once again Skylar assisted me. He was a delight to talk to and made the purchase process a breeze. We will be back to purchase my husband’s new phone with Skylars help.

All of the other employees we had contact with were great as well.

I walked in at about closing time with a billing issue. (I read the business hours on the door as I was entering)
I got greeted with a smile anyway. I offered to return the next day since it was so close to 'end of day'. He said no and proceeded to solve my issues.

I needed a new phone for my son. Thomas was our representative. He was very knowledgeable about all the Apple products. He has excellent customer service skills and a great sense of humor. He made phone buying a lot more enjoyable. Great staff at this location.

Johnny was very knowledgeable and helpful with my phone upgrade. He answered all my questions and processed my transaction in a timely manner. He was kind and patient while I deliberated over the choices. Him and Thomas were very friendly and I appreciated the wonderful customer service. I would definitely recommend him and this store to anyone for AT&T needs

I stopped by to add a line and and a new phone to my account. The store was fairly busy, but I was still greeted and welcomed by the staff when I walked in. The wait to see someone was about 15 minutes, much shorter than past experiences at other stores. After a little bit, Hannah greeted me and asked how she could help. I told her what I was looking for and within a few minutes, she’d hooked me up with an additional line, a new iPhone and somehow had managed to lower my monthly cell phone bill. She took the time to look at my current plan and needs, came up with a cost analysis and explained a few cost saving options for me. She was knowledgeable, friendly and treated me like I was her most important customer. She didn’t have to, I’m sure there are more folks who probably spend way more money than I did, but she did. My whole experience at the store was less than an hour and I couldn’t have been happier when I left. Great experience at AT&T! And Hannah, thanks so much for your help!

The person ( Jasmine the store manger) manager is more than fantastic. I am a dunce at electronics and was dreading to come to the store to activate my new. Luckily my wife and I got Jasmine to help us, the nicest, confident and professionally competent person I have encountered in a very long time. She should be the regional director.

Thomas was absolutely the best. Especially if he can deal with me and make me happy. I would venture to say he should be kept around and promoted because of his people skills and knowledge of products.

I had a issue with my iPhone, and Amanda was so helpful and went over and beyond to help me with my phone. She was so great and took her time and made sure before I left the store that my phone was working properly and that I was satisfied with it. I have recommended her to family and friends so she can help them like she helped me.
