The UPS Store

Many UPS stores are just like any other but this one in particular was on point the staff was super friendly and they helped me with my shipment with ease. Something was special about this location that day, I’ve never had an issue with them ever.

Every time I come here the employees are always so helpful and nice. They work hard to get you out quickly and make sure you are satisfied with your service. Even when it’s Christmas and they are super busy!!

Keisha at this UPS store is an incredible worker and overall person. This store should know how lucky they are to have her. She went above and beyond helping me with printing 500 pages for booklets. I was very obviously flustered and she was so confident in her ability to get it done and encouraging! So many thank yous!

Had to come straight home and post a review. Went in and they were busy. Had a problem getting my Amazon return to register in their computer. So, the young lady that was helping me went through the process to redo my return. Saved the day.
She really took the time to help me and was pleasant and cheerful. Thank you very much.

The staff member went above & beyond, by helping me with technology, to download label, & share to store, so she could print it off & mail my pkg. Becca was very friendly, patient & thorough.

I have used the UPS store for several things, and have never had bad service. Staff is always friendly and the store is clean. Enjoy doing business with them.

I wish every UPS store was ran as well as this one. I've mailed packages, certified mail, and everything was handled quick and friendly. Best one in the area!

Store was very well organized. The experience was amazing. The counter people were professional at what they do . Wait time was under 5 minutes.

KEISHA could not have been nicer. She was just a delight, she knew what she was doing, she was tending to my package while answering questions from her coworkers and smiling all the time

This ups location has excellent employees that are very knowledgeable at their job. Sometimes there may be a
small line but moves very fast.

Super easy to make returns for Amazon through your Amazon app and get items to UPS. Friendly staff.

Wonderful experience!. All employees very helpful. I am not tech savvy so it was nice to get help without any attitude. The whole staff was just great. I don't know who this employee was but she printed almost 100 pages for me that I could not have figured out by myself how to do it at home from the online site. Thank you for the pleasant experience to keep doing business with you all.

Quick service, easy drop off of items to be mailed and friendly staff.

Southern Hospitality is alive & well here. I just moved here & I am not used to such great human beings willing to go above and beyond for other people!

I am very grateful for "Spencer's" help today with my multiple-item Amazon return! He even went out into the freezing cold & wind to help me bring items in from my car.
