I am reading comments and am a bit surprised. I have now been to this store to sell multiple times. I am an older seller and have to say all the staff were friendly, attentive and very personable. I bring a lot in when I come and they help me lift bags if needed. I know a lot of people get upset when they don’t buy their clothes but they have to choose items that sell in this location and it is not the fault of the buyer if they cannot take what you might think is an amazing item. What I do is I like to see what items they take from me and I’ll ask questions as to why they pass on a certain item. I then won’t bring the same type of item next time. I have also sold at the Costa Mesa and Mel rose locations and also received excellent customer service. Every location services a different area so they all may not take in the same items. As to how much they pay you, it’s more than you will get if you were to sell at a garage sale or donate to the thrift store so I am appreciative!

I love this crossroads location so much!! Every time I go I find some really cool pieces they have awesome buyers who really know what looks good! The girls that work here are always freaking cool and super nice and have awesome style. So impressed. And I love to sell here too!

This is literally my favorite store ever. I love coming here can always find some good deals on some cool clothes. Sometimes prices could be a little better but understandable for the store.

I love everything this store carries! I always find something different, and unique. I came in recently to sell some of my clothes and was helped by their employee Krysta who was super helpful and explained to me why she was able to take some clothes and not take others. I recommend this store entirely because I will be coming back soon to pick out another outfit!

The staff are so friendly here and it looks like they sincerely love their jobs. The store is clean and have some really cute stuff in great condition. I was there to sell things but ended up buying.🥲 Kudos ladies!

There are several Crossroads Trading locations within 30 minutes of my home but I will rate the Costa Mesa location as it's the store I most frequent. Employees are helpful and friendly. Store is clean and spacious with the best 2nd hand clothing in all of Orange County. Highly recommended!

I cannot share any details on selling or trading clothes, since I have not done so. However buying clothes here is great! The store is very clean and neatly organized, creating a sort of ambiance and making it feel like you aren't shopping at a thrift or charity store. They offer a wide selection for both men and women. The shoes are very fairly priced, and while I did find some over priced items I can understand that they do have to stay open. Overall a great place if you are trying to find thrifted vintage clothes!

This store literally changed the way I approach shopping and clothes. I have heard lots of comments from people that this place is slightly pricey compared to other places. The prices in general are slightly higher, but the quality of the items is above and beyond that of other local thrift shops. Their prices seem more resonable than Buffalo Exchange and I prefer this store overall mainly because it feels like Crossroads just has better stuff. As always I would suggest visiting local charities thrift shops such as Out of the Closet, Good Will, and Working Wardrobes just to name a few, but I always find something good at Crossroads no matter what.

Always find exactly what I'm looking for and more here. The staff is always friendly 😊 if you're new to thrifting or maybe feel hesitant purchasing secondhand I would highly recommend trying Crossroads out. It's clean & curated well so you won't get overwhelmed

Awesome selection of shoes! Everything was neat and clean not to mention the clothing racks were organized by color and size perfectly. Makes for a much more enjoyable shopping experience.

Love the HB location of Crossroads, it is the best one I've been to. Large store with an easy to shop set up. Great staff, really nice & friendly to sell to, as well as shop. I come away with a new favorite peice almost everytime.

The workers did an excellent job by not letting a angry karen inside who refused to wear a mask. This business cares about the safety of their employees and customers.

I like this store for it's overall pleasant vibe, courteous customer service, pays pretty good for clothing, has awesome selection of clothes! Clothing prices are on the high side except the shoes and purses are very reasonable.I recommend this Crossroads!
