The Cosmetics Company Store

I previously visited your store in Mebane and promised myself I would never return. My first experience being in your store I was faced with, one customer in the store along with the salesperson, I was never greeted or acknowledged during the short period of time there which made me feel very unwelcomed and invisible.
On 3.23.24, I had a change of heart and took a chance on visiting your store again which was a Wonderful experience. I was greeted and assisted by two lovely salespeople, GeAnna and Jasmine. When I explained my past experience they were very apologetic provided me with samples and thanked me for coming back. It really made my day. Good customer service is Very important.

The manager Victoria is absolutely amazing! She helped me so much and really knew the products well. I'm excited to try everything out! Every time I come here, I have a great experience!

I love this store and the staff! Shannon is soooo sweet and helpful!! She always remembers and greets me when I enter the store. She helps me with great finds and makes suggestions and always makes sure I know what the free gifts are for the month! I call there regularly to see what’s on 75% off shelf and she always lets me know when my Aveda is there. You just couldn’t find a sweeter or more helpful young lady! Shannon, thank you for making me feel great when I shop with you.

I have been a customer at this location since its inception. I have seen sales associates come and go. I have had pleasant and not so pleasant experiences at this location. With that said, I think the staff that works at this location at the moment are stellar!!! I have work with GeAnna"G" for years. She has always been pleasant, accommodating and honest. Love her. I have gone into the store for the last 3 weeks and had the pleasure of meeting Shannon. Shannon's product knowledge Is out of this world. Shannon is accommodating ,pleasant, patient and genuine. I look for to coming to see Shannon during the week and G in the weekends! Top notch staff! Bravo Cosmetic Company! You got it right this time!!

She helped me instantly find the perfect match foundation, concealer,finishing powder all by just looking at me. "She's my Person." Thank you so very much! Went in with my girlfriend a few days ago and the employee Kaylee was very nice and helpful when my gf needed assistance or had questions about certain products. I highly recommend shopping here!

I need some makeup. There was a clearance section with 75% off. I found two Mac foundation that I
needed. I got both for 20 dollars. I hit the jackpot. These are discontinue items that I love and could not find.❤

Expensive brands that never go on sale can be found for a discount here. MAC, Clinique, Tom Ford, Smashbox, Bobbi Brown, etc....
