O'Reilly Auto Parts

My husband and I were traveling from Wilmington, NC to Winston-Salem, NC on January 30, 2024. We had a car malfunction during our trip. I googled the closest auto parts store, and the O'Reilly Auto Parts at 1903 S NC Hwy 119, Mebane, NC 27302 came to the rescue. Rich & his General Manager (female, but I didn't catch her name) were our answered prayers!!!!! THEY BOTH WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Needless to say, if it weren't for them, we would have been stuck for days waiting on repairs. KUDOS to this store and it's wonderful employees. O'Reilly's, please do whatever you must to keep these two angels. RICH & HIS GENERAL MANAGER ARE THE BEST!!!!!

Love that Mebane store great folks. They are hard working and go above and beyond the job to fined the parts you need. The manger is great and the assistant manager is going to go places. This was closer to my shop I would be there everyday . All are great but if you are in need see the Gene a great parts guy. Thanks for being there for the best service in the county. Love it!

Sun, May 21 2023 Me and my mother finished light shopping at the Dollar General located beside this store in Mebane and her battery crapped out so we walked over to this store and got bad news the replacement couldn't happen because of the process of having to remove bumper, lights etc. But the employee named Dustin came up with another alternative and offered to walk off company property to offer kind and excellent customer service! Thank you Dustin!

One of the things I like about O'Reilly Auto Parts is that many times if the local store does not have the part I need, they have been able to get it later that day or the next morning. In addition the people are knowledgeable and ready to help and explain. Parts prices don't vary much from dealer to dealer. It is service that brings me back to O'Reilly Auto Parts.

They have always went out of their way to help me. Making sure my parts are the right ones for my car. When I got new windshield wipers they put them on for me. The parts store I got the first wipers didn't put them on and I had a tuff time doing it myself. So from now on I go to O'Reilly's. Thank you!!!

The gal that was working there was so friendly and funny. They handled a lot of customers when I was there and changed my wiper blades too. I will keep going there.Great!

Great place friendly staff they had everything I needed they actually even help me hook up my power converter to be able to power it right then and there help me splice wires didn't have to cut a made me do it on my own but they did it for me fantastic place have everything that you need
