AT&T Store

With all the cutthroat telephone companies out there, AT&T is a jewel. Fab customer service, and products. You can find cheaper, but without the quality they offer, especially since a cell phone is soo necessary, been with them for 30+ years for a reason. Respectfully submitting, Dann

William, the rep, was courteous, polite and very patient with me. I'm the weakest link in technology. He explained everything to me as many times as I needed him to. I'm more than pleased with the service provided to me.

I recently had an issue with AT&T corporate that started in October 2022, and after 30+years of being with them I decided to close all of my services with them. I continued to try and resolve the issue with them, with no resolution. I went into the local store and the assistant manager Nate Brenner, spent the time and went beyond to insure my issue was resolved! I can not say enough about his level of knowledge and customer service skills! 10 stars! Thank you!

Nathan and Jeremiah were great! The helped me out with my phone issues although I'm not a customer. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a new phone and service.

Nate B has been excellent in his customer service and meeting my every need! He went above and beyond in getting me the best deal for the newest phones for me and my wife! This review is long overdue, I came in a Ned spoke with Randy Jackson and told him about my 87yo Sunday school teacher and how he was looking to upgrade his phone so he could stay connected with his children and grandchildren as well as all the “social distancing” online things the church was a part of. We had a great conversation and I knew I could get my Sunday school teacher proper help after this store. I brought him in and we worked with Randy on upgrading and he clearly stated all the information we were looking for and made sure that the plan and device was the most ideal for what he needed it for. We walked in this store yesterday afternoon to get a new SIM card. A friendly worker greeted upon our arrival. He was very knowledgeable. He was able to cancel an online order that wasn’t going to arrive before we left town as well as install a new SIM card for us. It was fast and easy. Great service. Thanks for the help!

We’ve had to go in this store a few times in the last year & every time, the customer service we received has been amazing. Nathan, Marco & Randy were awesome to work with & all three of them went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of when we were there today. They are very good at what they do & I couldn’t help but notice how well every customer that walked in was treated. Couldn’t ask for better service!

I have worked with Casey a couple of times and she is beyond helpful and patient with my 81 year old mother. Marco stepped in to help with a few things and was just as patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using the store again in the future

Hi, my name is Margaret Steiner. I tried contacting Customer service for a week straight and no one could help me. This store was the closest one to me so I stopped by and a guy name Jeremiah Hatchman cleared everything up for me. Now all of my services work perfectly and it only took him maybe a minute and a half to complete everything. Jeremiah you rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nate B was amazing. He took care of my dad and got his phone set up and we had a complex situation. He resolved all issues at hand with a smile. Very pleasant to work with.

Randy Jackson has helped us several times. He is very informative and helpful. The past few times we went in, they were short staffed, and he handled it very well and attentively all the while with a smile.
