I'm not going to waste any time by writing a full paragraph. If you're within 25 miles and you are a T Mobile customer consider yourself lucky. This branch is the best I've visited in over 6 years. Three snaps up.

Go get you a new phone!! The young men in Paul's Valley T Mobile store are not only informative, but their kind as well. I'm old, but I got me a Apple iPhone 15. Price is not going to eat my check up either! SO GO TO THE BIG T.

Zack and his side kicks were great, and helpful! I purchased a WiFi box, brought it home, plugged it in, and we are streaming baby! So easy!

Ally was excellent. She was attentive and knew her job. I downloaded messenger to my phone then it took over my phone. It wouldn't allow me to uninstal or reset my phone. So I took it to Ally and she took 2mins and handed it back 2 me, fixed!
But the cost of phones r now outrageous. OMG! Same phone I paid $300 for last year is now $900? OMG!!!
The store was clean and lot of parking spaces.
I heard from the Manager who thanked me for this post. I will indeed shop at this store for all my phone needs. Thanks to you all and great customer service.

Justen was awesome. Fixed my problem without hesitation. Kudos to him and his manager!
I highly recommend you go into the store to get help instead of through customer service AND I highly recommend the Pauls Valley T-mobile store!
