So, I just went to this cricket in Catskill for the first time. There was this guy ahead of me in line with some ridiculous phone questions. I figured, "ah, jeez, old man with a phone, this is gonna take forever." The store manager, Megan, dealt with this guy so professionally. He clearly is in the store all the time and it was obvious they both knew each other well and had a nice relationship from all the issues he has with his phone. She went above and beyond with this guy and she was quick. She took care of me right afterwards and it was great and now I have a good phone. Anyways, this is a good spot with good staff that will take care of you. I would definitely recommend it
