Michael Censullo did an outstanding job handling my issue. Great customer service. If I come in again, that's the person I want handling my issue. He has great people skills and knowledgeable. An asset to your store.

The repair tech did a phenomenal job repairing my phone screen in very little time. Mike with the hat was very customer service oriented and put a screen protector on with no issue, have tried it myself and kept breaking the screen, he is a pro. If I need service again in the future this is the store I will go to no question, best experience I have had at an AT&T store.

Michael at the AT&T store was incredibly helpful and genuinely concerned about our need to activate an old business phone. Although we were ultimately unable to activate the phone, he provided valuable information about an iPhone 14 promotion that allowed us to get back in business. His assistance was greatly appreciated and made our experience at the store a positive one.

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to give credit to Michael C. who did an outstanding job explaining the use of our Apple watches and replacement iPhone. He was able to get mostly all my wife's info from the cloud after her phone was lost. He got us discounts that other salespersons could not. I appreciate Michael taking the time to thoroughly answer every question we had. He even informed us about getting a faster home internet speed at no extra cost. Thanks again Mike for your help.

Michele was great! We spent 4 hours on the phone for ATT cust support to hang up on us 3 times I’ll be back in 24-48 to see if credits that were not given in the amount of $700 were applied and still will receive a credit of $130 in 1-2 billing cycles 👀

Very welcoming when we entered. Haley was very professional, personal, and knowledgeable. After listening to us , she helped me lower my monthly bill, we were able to upgrade one of our phones, she informed us about air WiFi and streaming We walked out so happy and satisfied. I switched my phone and Internet service to AT&T earlier this month. We had two other providers previously and bundled all services to AT&T. Our salesperson, Gavin, was extremely kind and helpful, patiently answered all of our questions and discussed plan options with us. It is refreshing to deal with an associate that knows their products and services and doesn't mislead people to make a sale. So thankful for Gavin!

Michael Chambers helped me reset up my samsung watch and did a great job and was very quick.

Haley helped me with the switch from a dsl wired gateway to a wireless air wifi. She placed the order and helped with the setup. It works perfectly for our residence and even saves money over the previous system. Couldn't be more pleased.

Haley was great! She helped me girl-math my way into a new a new phone and set me up with all necessary accessories. Easy to work with, very informative and efficient.
