Stopped in today on my way to Costco as I have meant to check in on why my bill has changed each of the 3 months since I switched over. Tim was very welcoming even though I had not started my account from this branch. He looked into my questions and got me in touch with the correct Verizon people to fix my situation. I would recommend this store and especially Tim to anyone looking for cell phone assistance.

Melissa is amazing ! I’ve been trying to get my bill fixed for MONTHS and got fed up with the phone calls. Took my phone to the store and Melissa had it fixed in an hour. Her knowledge, her professionalism, and her attentiveness is unmatched in today’s culture. I will now be going to her for every need I have regarding Verizon. A Verizon take notice- she should be your example

Just want to take a second and thank the team and Melissa specifically for assisting in making our switch to Verizon an enjoyable one. Everyone knows that going to a cell phone store can take hours upon hours but Melissa made it extremely easy and answered our questions fast. Additionally, she made sure we were 100% satisfied with each decision along the way and allowed us to do so without the pressure of trying to convince us of anything. It felt like she cared more about us as humans than just trying to make money off of us. She made this switch a breeze and should I need anything from my new phone carrier, she’ll be the first person I call.

Melissa was able to help us out after over a month of troubles. She was insistent in helping us even when we felt like giving up. She assisted us for 3 hours and ensured that she would help us out. Great store and an even better associate!! Thank you Melissa!!!

Melissa is awesome. She is the type of employee people will keep coming back to. We added a line, got a new iPhone 15 and transferred all the data and we were out in less then 40 minutes. ALL WHILE juggling multiple customers and being a sweetheart. Thank you Melissa!

Alexander was AWESOME!! He was thorough, understanding and very very patience with me when I was trying to get information from my husband (who was not with me) to get his line transferred as well (which saved me a trip back to the store). We had a great experience with the store manager Tim and Melissa. They were incredibly transparent and genuine. Did not feel like I was being sold on anything. Also make sure you ask Tim for the best places to eat in, he’s on point with suggestions.

Visited this store on 11/20 upon arrival our 1yr old was asleep in our arms and the employee Melissa offered us her chair, so generous and welcoming! She was so helpful and patient we went in to add a line and walked out with two brand new iphone 15 pro max’s and two cases! Made the switch super easy. Answered all our questions, definitely left very happy and pleased! Thank You Melissa!

Saturday we stopped by Verizon on Potranco. The staff there is always busy helping customers but they are ready to greet us with a smile. RIZ helped us out today. He was so nice explaining things to us and answering our questions. The staff here is top notch.
Ms Melissa took very good care of my husband and me. She was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Ms Melissa asked questions and helped us get our first IPhones. Thank you Ms Melissa for making this visit a success for us.
