Rick was careful about details to make sure I got what I needed for my vehicle. He let me use a funnel and took care of filling the fluid I had just bought. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with AutoZone. Anything from changing a light to running diagnostics on the engine. I love my good mechanics but little things like this, its just so much cheaper. I really appreciate the help!

I'm giving 5 stars because Vincent, the gentleman that assisted me went above and beyond. Very helpful and very patient, kind and respectful. I can truly see him in a management position.

Normally a good place to get parts. Hence the 5 star rating. On this visit everything I needed was special order so I went a different route. But normally would recommend for basic parts and good service

I had a great experience when I came here. I needed a new battery and they helped me purchase and install it very quickly. The manger seems to care about his employees because it started raining really hard all of a sudden and he told them to come inside until it died down which it did after a few minutes. Great job, keep it up.

Shoutout to Johvan S. for the great customer service. I’m not a subject matter expert in auto mechanics, but my brother is, and thanks to him I was able to get every part I needed for my brother to do work on my car.

Super friendly and knowledgeable

I picked up my car from the dealership, and in 30 minutes, the engine light was on. I stopped in and spoke with Johnny. He scanned the car and found that I needed to replace my air filter, the engine was running lean, and it was affecting the traction control. I had a vacuum leak in the engine. I went back to the dealership with the printout, and it was able to track down the problem.

Jacob was a great help, I was having a hard morning and had to call the store and was very respectful and understanding.

I came in to replace a bulb on my car. CSR #62 did a great job helping purchase the bulb and was able to replace it on my car with no problem.

Came by late at night, almost about to close and Andrew was my cashier. He was able to get my battery tested and found out I was at 0%! The manager, Frankie J came to my rescue. He came out and changed my battery and saved me from having to take the day off. They were super helpful, pleasant and courteous. Thanks guys!

These guys (12306 Potranco Rd) were amazing. Jocelyn didn't just sell me a car battery (Prius, the standard 12V battery), she got in there and installed it for free, and she also then tested my alternator for free. I wasn't expecting either of those ... thank you!

I've never used Auto Zone before ... I'll think of them first now for car help in the future.

Thanks to all the staff here at my local Autozone. Today especially to Nichole. She was great taking time to help me deal with a small issue I had on my Expedition. It's always good to know I can come here and get helpful advice/time saving solutions.

All I needed to do was get my car to their place, and Luis and Jos helped me change the battery and cleaned the corrosion off the cable connectors. Very nice people. Oh, and they provide discounts to military and first responders.

Had a issue with my current filter, called around for help to several auto stores with little help but this location took the time to check it was in stock (another store said they had one only to not have it when I showed up) and it was ready when I showed up. Thank you!

Great customer service experience buying new battery and windshield wipers. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. Even installed new battery and changed out wiper blades for us. Ask for Luis! He was the absolute BEST!
