Very helpful, measured my little girls foot as soon as we walked in to ensure a good fit. Will definitely go back again.

We bought our daughter some sketchers that were not cheap. About two weeks in the material on the velcro strap had come apart on one side, the other was was showing signs of the same defect.

I contacted the store and was told to bring them in for a replacement. I went in that weekend, without my receipt only proof of payment from my bank account, and I was helped without hesitation from this store. Please keep in mind I was also signed up for the stores reward program not sure if that helped locate my purchase.

I really appreciate the customer service I received and plan to return for future purchases! I would definitely recommend this store.

What a great store! They have a good selection of name brand shoes at reasonable prices. They were also very friendly and helpful. While I was shopping, they let me know that if I found a style I liked but not my size, they would order it to be shipped to my house for no extra fee or shipping. It's nice to have an alternative to Rack Room, or Academy, etc.

I have shopped at Famous Footwear many times and usually have a positive experience. This time, I didn't find the shoes I needed but the gentleman at the store was so kind and helpful I feel like I needed to say something about him. His name is Maurice. He approached us, answered questions, showed us where certain shoes were located, and assisted us with putting boxes of shoes on a try on bench. When we asked him to hold a pair of shoes he did so politely, and with kindness. We never felt like we were an inconvenience or an interruption to his day. We truely felt like he was happy to see and assist us. Great guy!

Made an online purchase for store pickup and they made sure to make us aware that they were having an even better sale in-store and price adjusted. They are always really nice!

Went there on tax free weekend to get some Converse for my daughter. Online it showed that they were in stock in store so we drove out there to get them, unfortunately they weren't in the store. When the floor manager overheard us talking to each other that we couldn't find the size, they informed us that we could order and pay for them here in the store, and have them shipped to my house for free. The shoes came to my door via FedEx, correct size and color, tax free, shipping free and quickly, just an hour before we left for prep day at my daughter high school. Very impressed. And the store was very clean for such a busy day. I will be going here for my Converse needs from now on.

I had just had a terrible customer service experience in Old Navy when I decided to pop in to this location for some new shoes. So glad I did! Anabel ( I hope I spelled her name right) was so bright and friendly. She was helpful and informative and never far if I had questions. I will definitely be coming back soon.

I love this place. Super clean and organized. They have a good variety of toddler shoes as well as adult shoes. The prices are affordable. The customer service is excellent also.

Staff is always SO friendly and amazing!! They are a smaller store but immediately offered to order anything online that I couldn’t find in store. The staff even reminded me of an offer on the app. Thank you guys for being so welcoming. I will be shopping there more often!
