First time coming to the store today. Wonderful selection of products and was excited to see! Staff were fantastic. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Love supporting local small business! Bonus, it's so close to my house!

I found this shop sometime last year and seeing it was women owned it encouraged my girlfriend and I to go. We were really nervous since it was our first time stepping our of comfort zone like this. There we met Alyssa and she helped us find what we needed while also making the experience less overwhelming. The way she talked to us about everything made it feel more normal and comfortable to be open about. Since then we’ve made this our go-to shop. We had been visiting the location on Babcock but recently I visited the potranco location on my own and again I was super nervous. However not even 5 minutes after being there my nerves were calmed when Alyssa began to suggest new things based on my curiosities I had expressed. I walked out satisfied and confident with what I picked out and honestly never thought I’d feel so comfortable going to a shop with my partner and by myself. I’m grateful to have a wonderful experience every visit and knowing I can ask any questions without feeling like it’s stupid or a bother. 10/10 will strongly recommend you visiting either of these locations and will recommend to anyone I know!!!

Store was clean, cute, and had tons of cute toys and fun stuff for the bedroom. The staff was so very helpful. She took time to give a store tour and provide info on lots of products based on my needs. Will be back for sure…highly recommend!

My husband and I stopped by a few months ago and both had the best experience! We had never been to an adult shop but the employee was so relaxed and knowledgeable, knew the exact right questions to ask to get us products that we have been using with great pleasure ever since! Would highly recommend for anyone new to the field, and we will definitely be going back the next time we want to get some new items!

I never thought I'd publicly want to write a review about an "intimate" shop. But this place deserves the recognition. I went there once, which is a rare occurrence, but ended up back there a couple times over the last couple months because the customer service is so awesome. The employees are extremely professional and respectful, yet you feel comfortable asking their advice on things you may not be comfortable discussing with strangers. Awesome awesome place that emphasizes health, human connection, and respect.

I had such a great experience here. The ladies were wonderful and very informative. We felt extremely comfortable throughout our entire shopping experience, no weird vibes or awkward interactions. They answered all my questions as well as my boyfriend’s. Definitely recommend going here for all your extracurricular needs 😉

Came in to Love Shack Boutique on Potranco, newly opened on 9/3/2022.
This location is as welcoming as the first. The stores ambiance is classy and doesn't make you feel dirty, like other places do. With an all female employee crew, I am the most comfortable that I can be while shopping. Employees are well educated in their products and the owner, Amy, and her manager, Alyssa, were on site to personally greet each customer. This store is nicely setup. As you walk up to the door, their windows are nicely decorated. ( see pics) Walking in, bridal/ Bachelorette items and hosiery are seen. Lots of educational books, games, lingerie, bath and body products, and bedroom enhancers.
I love that they have sizes small to 4X. Also, if they don't have it, they can probably order it. They have many lubricants, oils, candles, and novelties. My favorite area is the Panty Bar. I absolutely love their brand of panties, they fit perfectly.
I am excited that Love Shack Boutique has opened another location closer to where I live. Now, I can just pop in and get what I need without dealing with traffic! Thank You ladies for out doing yourself once again.
