AT&T Store

After having my phone fall out my pocket while riding my motorcycle went to AT&T told them my situation and they took the best route for me to have a phone same day by adding a number on my plan great people working in this store

After needing to switch into a new phone plan, I decided switching from another provider was going to be my best bet.

Upon walking into the store, I was greeted by a few reps. Mike (the manager) had me sit down with Jim who not only facilitated the transfer but was kind and engaging the whole time. Mike was also engaging with myself and the other customers in the stores. A friendly and welcoming staff made the experience even more enjoyable. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and will be gladly going back to visit Mike and his team with anything!

Garrett S. is the one you should talk to when visiting this store! I came in today for a trade-in/upgrade on the iPhone 15 Pro Max and he hooked me up! I left with 2 Apple watches (buy one get one free promotional deal), a screen protector, a charger, and a case for a great price!

Garrett was very professional and looked up every promotional deal that benefited me! He was very knowledgeable of all equipment and answered every question I had with no problem.

I went in to pre order the Apple I Phone 15 Pro Max and was helped as soon as I got in. I went in and was helped through the whole process. Was able to get any and all questions answered without feeling like a burden. The gentleman that had helped me was super helpful and walked me through all the steps of the process. Will be returning to this store for any and all phone needs!

Mike Nelson and Trevor Page at AT&T finally got me to switch to DIRECTV and home internet. Something I’ve been meaning to do for a while but just wasn’t sure where to begin. They made the process very easy and explained everything in a way that made me comfortable.

Charles was amazing! He helped guide me through everything I had issues with and was polite and sweet! Mike the manager was helpful as well. Overall it was the most pleasant experience doing something I typically dread. They really make you feel at home and I can't wait to go back!

Had a fantastic experience today with Charles! He was more than accommodating in helping me get my phone plan and bill figured out. Highly recommend asking for him for customer service! He will make sure he goes above and beyond to have you leave a happy customer!

I had a wonderful experience at AT&T ! Trevor and Mike the manager helped my family and I pick out new devices and helped us out on deals to save money. He made everything easy and as smooth as possible. The other employees also tried to help keep my 4 kids entertained as well during the whole process. It was a great and comfortable experience ! I will always be an AT&T customer.

These 5 stars are specifically for Charles.
He was amazing in helping me with my issues and got everything settled in under an hour. I had my 17 month old daughter with me who is exploring and running. He even put something on the T.V. for her so we can focus on the task at hand!

My phone randomly froze and Eric was able to assist me in getting a new phone as soon as possible. He was very knowledge, quick and efficient!

Brandon was actually able to fix my phone at the last minute so I could restore all my pictures and wedding plans. He is a life saver!!!

Trevor and Mike are amazing!! We ditched T-Mobile and walked out with amazing deals, clear billing and were completely stress free! The store is clean and the staff is amazing. They could not have been more amazing or helpful! 1,000% recommend these two amazing guys to help you!

The service at this store location is the best around! I worked directly with Lauren, and she continued to assist me until we were able to find a solution to my challenge (which was not an easy task). It seems rare these days that employees go above and beyond, but it is clear that everyone at this store location does just that! I highly recommend if you're looking for an AT&t store, visit this location. The employees show pride in working there, and they do an excellent job.
